StrongHearts Native Helpline (1-844-762-8483) provides a crucial connection to such services as a nationally available hotline designed by and for Native people.

Hopefully these Organizations can help her. The National Indigenous Women’s Resource Center, StrongHearts Native Helpline, Alaska Native Women’s Resource Center, National Congress of American Indians, Indian Law Resource Center, and the Friends Committee on National Legislation.

I know there are Federal, State, City, County funds for Victims of Domestic Violence and Resources. There are Pro Bono Lawyers, Organizations and Law Schools that helps victims of D.V. It's worth checking them out. Probably, lots of going through the hoops and Red Tape.

The problem with statistics on Indigenous people is that they are often way undercounted. They'll say 3 in 10 Indigenous women are SA'd or raped, but I know of NO Indigenous women, including myself, that have not been. It's more like 10 out of ten. 86%-88% of perps are non-Ntv.
