As an individual with RSD, I can attest to what she is saying. And in this world of texting as a primary means of communication, it absolutely SUCKS.

“No worries” open ended ensures you worry to an RSD brain. “No worries, come over.” Is the reassuring version. It’s direct and it’s clear that you are welcome and desired so it prevents the spiraling from ever happening. The right man doesn’t need to know all the extra fluff or be a mind wizard or do mental gymnastics just to please you, that’s exhausting for both parties, he already just is that way before you two meet because he was raised right, or knows god, and therefore he knows who he is. That how you know you have the right man.

It's kind of sad that your reaction to a text is put way over the top. How about being a single father and know that your child is in a dangerous place, but you have no power or rights because the mother has all the custody. That is true terror and is emotionally reasonable. Not some stupid text. Oh my God.
