You cannot cure ADHD. Sleep, diet, harpy, medication and recognising the signs and behaviours can help to control or alter them to be able to live a better life. But you cannot cure it. So many people think they have adhd but they don’t.

Cure to ADHD. What a fucking joke. You can only control it.

This makes absolutely no sense for someone with ADHD, there’s no ignition here. There’s no dopamine control. The only thing someone with adhd hears is knowledge, without action to something like this nonsense

Psycho cybernetics is the goated guide for this. meditation and removing short form content will help anyone with adhd if they actually stick to it too.

HOT TAKE: read in its entirety before commenting, so not to be overly offended. Most people slapping the "ADHD" label on themselves are just dodging responsibility for shitty habits and poor life choices. It's become the ultimate convenient excuse in 2025. That said … I've been formally diagnosed (multiple times) since I was a kid. Now 40, still got the wiring, plus what they called Asperger's back in the 90s (high-functioning autism spectrum). So yeah, I know it's real, and for some it's brutal and lifelong. It took me decades to stop letting the label own me. I fought the "broken brain forever" story, stopped telling almost anyone, and built systems + identity shifts that let me function at a high level. Most people never even clock it anymore some still assume I do because of how I talk or hyperfocus, but the chaos? Mostly gone. The traits aren't just defects or symptoms they're often signals your brain is screaming for better fuel, structure, novelty, rest, or purpose. If you live believing you're permanently victimized by faulty hardware, guess what reality you keep creating? The woman in the video nails part of it taking radical ownership, reframing your identity, and acting from your highest-capable self can be transformative. Intention + consistent action rewires habits and outcomes over time. Where she blows it: calling it a "cure." Nah. For real neurological ADHD like mine, cause through a very turbulent birth and rough 6 years following it, it's not erasure!!! it's mastery. You manage the wiring, don't pretend it's gone. For milder cases amplified by modern life/trauma/bad habits? This mindset shift can feel damn close to cured because the root wasn't as deep. Bottom line: Stop excusing mediocrity with a label, but don't gaslight those of us grinding through severe cases either. Own your shit, build the life that works for your brain, and quit waiting for permission or a magic pill/video to do it.

This is exactly how I cured addiction as well, and exactly why AA/NA programs where you must daily affirm "I am an addict" and then expect to someday NOT be, rarely ever work, literally at 5-7% efficacy

Right on the money. People by and large become what they think of themselves.

"Hey, you're not a person who had panic attacks, overthinks, or self-sabotages!" Yeah, that totally worked

@grok it’s night time and my baby is sleeping, can’t have the sound on. Can you summarize what she’s saying for me?

So affirmations, prayer and meditations work. We didn’t need neuroscience to figure that out. People just got lazy.

Wrong. The cure to ADHD is to reappropriate your dopamine. When you believe something is difficult to accomplish your dopamine requirement to accomplish it increases. When you look forward to doing something the dopamine cost disappears. Reduce how stressed your tasks feel.

I did this. As a kid I was diagnosed with ADHD and they tried to give me meds, I never took them and went on with my life. There ya have it kids, that's the secret.

Yes. People are addicted to the personalities they have created of themselves. The brain just wants to keep going. Brains function is to be alive and it needs you human to be alive 👀 Brains are ultra refined microp processor chips

There is a whole field of psychology where people study their whole life to explain why psychological disorders happen and how to treat them. But somehow some retards like her want to believe there are stupidly simple soultions that solve everything for everyone.

I agree with her, but AA begs to differ. In every meeting they confirm with each other that they are incurable alcoholics, and they are powerless over their addiction.
