I will translate here (I don't speak Italian) 1. Toast the peppercorns until fragrant 2. Grind the peppercorns in the pestle 3. Shred some pecorino cheese 4. Boil water 5. Break pasta in half and add to water (just kidding) 6. While pasta is cooking steal pasta water and add to cheese. 7. Add some ground peppercorns to stolen pasta water cheese mix to create sauce 8. Create pastanado and douse with stolen pasta water sauce. 9. Top with more cheese and pepper. 10. Voilà
