Bring the fear of God and law back! Everyone says mental health issues are at fault. While it likely plays a part- we are saying boys can have babies as a species which screams mental illness.... We are also seeing the results of children raised in homes and a society where there is an absence of consistent and clear consequences for poor behavior from parents, teachers, bosses, courts. They have also been raised with instant gratification in iPads, electronics and rapid fire re-wiring of the brain in games and instant gratification toys and again, "giving in to pain point" parenting- here have the candy stop crying, my kid didn't fail math change the test. A lot of this is a result of kids and adults who have learned that lashing out, takes the pressure off. When they lash out, ppl back away and give them what they want. 2+ generations have been programmed, If I yell or cry racism or if I say I'm the victim, I get what I want. We can fix this. Hold ppl accountable for the small stuff where it's a safe consequence so they know not to ball out on the big ones. Bring God back into the home and schools.
