This woman’s plane was delayed for over 10 hours, they had no where to go and had to sleep on the floor. When she slept, the airport then flooded. The flight she was supposed to be on then canceled and rescheduled for the next day. But the airport promised them free hotel rooms. After waiting for over an hour to get their luggage, she finds out her belongings were soaking wet and some of it was ruined. Then when she gets to go to the hotel she found out it was never booked and now she has to find a place to stay, most people would have canceled and moved on to another carrier, what could they do to make this up to you?

In this video, a woman noticed vehicles in a parking lot that she believed could be ICE vehicles… So, she started filming. The people noticed she was filming, and drove past her. She was alone, so she decided to leave. Then, they started followed her. But here’s the thing… she wasn’t even 100% sure they were ICE agents. They were in unmarked vehicles, and they weren’t using emergency lights. As she was driving down the street, being followed by these unmarked cars, one of the vehicles pulls up beside her, cuts her off, and the cars box her in. She had nowhere to go without hitting the curb, or hitting the vehicle that had just cut her off. She honked, but the vehicle just sat there. Eventually it moved, and the vehicles drove away. Now, imagine being a woman, alone in your car. A group of cars, you cannot clearly identify as law enforcement, start following you. They don’t turn on emergency lights. They don’t clearly identify themselves. And one of them cuts you off and blocking your vehicle from being able to drive away. What are you supposed to think is happening? Because from your perspective, it looks like you are being kidnapped by random people. And that is the terrifying part of what ICE is doing. They are creating situations where people have no idea whether the people surrounding them are legitimate law enforcement officers, or strangers attempting to abduct, or rob them. And Tom Homan’s answer to being kidnapped, or robbed, is… “Just comply.” Don’t try to drive away. Don’t defend yourself. Don’t try to escape. Just calmly allow unidentified people, in unmarked vehicles, to follow you, box you in, and potentially kidnap or rob you… Because if they happen to be ICE agents, and you react like a normal person who believes they are being kidnapped, you could be assaulted, detained, or even shot. Undrafted… I get it. Not being drafted sucks. The whole thing isn’t a dream for us. They don’t invite guys like us to the draft. Hell, most of us don’t even throw get togethers, and the ones that do are pissed off they did. Just because you weren’t picked doesn’t mean that you aren’t chosen…. The beauty is you now have a chance to make this a chapter in a story that empowers. It won’t be easy. This journey can be lonely. People will over look you… if you let them. No one will stand on the table for you… until you make them. I wish I could tell you if you’re good enough you’ll make it, but I can’t. And you know that, but I do know if you don’t work your ass off you might as well not show up. Things don’t go perfectly for us but it doesn’t mean you won’t be great. You could go from bagging groceries to the Hall of fame, win Super Bowls with your legs, or get cut more times than you can count and still have one of the most phenomenal plays in Super Bowl History! Shoot maybe even two of you can share an iconic moment. You have a chance, & that chance is now. Walk into the building knowing you belong, but work like you’re the only one who knows that. Scientists don’t know what they are going to discover. They have to try things. They have to have curiosity and ideas, but they also have to have the knowledge to try things. Very often, it leads to nothing; it’s a waste. But we didn’t know when we started it’s a waste. But when something does work. When something clicks, it is exciting and rewarding but it’s never just one click. You get a result on it, you’re hopeful, you build on it. Maybe it’s confirmed you’re even more hopeful. So it’s an incremental process. It is never one thing - boom we discovered a major thing, my god this is it. It is more like walking up a flight of stairs where each step counts and the higher up the stairs you go the better you can see what’s on top and become excited about what’s there and how you can use.
