Can You Trust American Healthcare? ER nurse files a $7.5 million dollar federal lawsuit because she was terminated for refusing to falsify documents Patients die and she was told to “change her charting to omit” details because “It gives a lawyer a case on a silver platter” “I love a whistleblower more than just about anything in the entire world. And an ER nurse is suing her former employer, To Nova healthcare in Clarksville, Tennessee. it's a federal lawsuit. I assume it's a wrongful termination lawsuit, suing them for $7.5 million claiming that it is retaliation after she refused to change documentation in patients charts. So the lawsuit claims that there were two cases in particular, one in which a male patient died of cardiac arrest in the triage area due to a lack of open beds and proper monitoring. And she documented that there were not enough beds available. And the lawsuit claims that this was a violation of the Tennessee Public Protection Act and is an EMTALA violation. The supervisor directed her afterwards to change her charting to omit it because, quote, it gives a lawyer a case on a silver platter, end quote. And in the second case, the patient was exhibiting signs of sepsis, needed treatment, was waiting for a pick line and treatment. And I believe that they ended up dying because of a lack of treatment. And she documented there was a lack of safe staffing that led to this and she was told to omit that from the chart and refused and one month later she was terminated. So I am so glad that this nurse has lawyered up. I am sure that the attorney is pointing her towards OSHA and the NLRB and um, all the things. I'm gonna follow this case put someone put me in touch with her because you know I love a whistleblower more than anything and I hope she buys an island and retires after she wins this case.“

So many cover ups. So much lies. Here is a mini breakdown: 1. For whatever reason, she walked TO H. Fentenoy willingly. (Video below) 2. She never went INSIDE willingly; she was dragged inside. (Can see her flailing legs as she was forcefully yanked in) 3. The first photo below shows that it is absolutely impossible for someone to just fall out of that "fenlight" window. Reasons: A/ It is too damn HIGH UP. 4. When we discard the possibility of an accidental fall, all that is left is the possibility of her willfully jumping out. We know she was in an intoxicated state before her fall. Even if she did have the physical strength to hoist herself up in her natural state, it is extremely unlikely she could have done that in an intoxicated state. It does not add up. Police thoroughly refuted themselves merely by making the outrageously absurd claim that she "fell" out of that window. 5. We know (photos below) that Police cropped the publicised footage of whatever happened on the stairs. Conclusions: She was lured there and kidnapped. When somebody is kidnapped and found almost dead some hours later, it is the height of stupidity to even assume suicide. All of this points away from the possibility of a sex party gone wrong and towards a premeditated murder attempt. As the government and Maldives Police Service are doing their level best to cover up the real details of this case, this COULD stretch way beyond mere party boys. The questions we should find answers to are who and why. If this was a premeditated murder attempt for whatever reason, the possibility of another attempt is also high. It is even more likely (almost guaranteed) it will be passed off as death from injuries sustained in the fall if such a thing comes to pass. All in all, this is quite a chilling case, and it will forever be a dark stain on Dr Mohamed Muizzu's administration.

🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨 Her Name was Virginia Giuffre. ☠️ and Now She is DEAD. But her death is not the end of a tragedy; it is the beginning of a revelation that cannot be silenced, buried, or redacted. Because her life, her testimony, and her murder are part of a pattern that spans continents, generations, and empires. She was one of the very few to survive the machinery of ritualized child rape, not because she was lucky, but because she remembered and in this world, remembrance is the most dangerous thing of all. She remembered the men who used her, the hands that drugged her, the rooms that swallowed her innocence, and the names that no court would allow her to speak. She remembered the faces of power not as icons… but as violators. She saw presidents, princes, scientists, bankers, religious leaders, and intelligence agents not as symbols of order, but as predators in suits. She was one of the only ones who made it out alive… and dared to speak without a script. And now, she is gone. Not by suicide. Not by accident. But by orchestration. And her final words confirm it. “I am making it publicly known that in no way, shape or form am I suicidal. Do not let this go away. Too many evil people want to see me quieted.” That was her death pre-confession. A direct indictment of the system she knew would kill her. She gave the world one last lifeline to truth. And still, the silence deafens. The media buried it. The governments ignored it. And the people turned away… because to look into the eyes of her truth is to confront a world so broken, so backwards, and so drenched in hidden blood that denial feels safer than courage. But that era ends now. Because this story… her story; is not unique. It is the keystone of everything that’s been hidden. Virginia Giuffre was not trafficked by a random billionaire. She was trafficked by a networked empire designed to control the direction of the world through the systematic destruction of children. Her abusers were not just powerful… they were protected. Epstein and Maxwell were not lone wolves. They were the face of a global blackmail syndicate that operated through Mossad, CIA, and MI6… with diplomatic immunity, state funding, and access to every high value target on Earth. Children were not just abused… they were filmed. They were catalogued. Their trauma was encrypted into dossiers used to compromise, blackmail, and ultimately own the decisions of presidents, prime ministers, military chiefs, judges, entertainers, CEOs, and spiritual leaders. It was a system. A living organism. Designed to extract power by destroying purity. Epstein’s island was not a playground. It was a ritual site. Cameras in every room. Soundproof bunkers. Flight logs full of world leaders and household names. A sacrificial architecture masked as luxury. And behind it… binders of footage, lists of fetishes, psychological profiles, and AI-enhanced metadata to ensure that every participant could be broken on command. Maxwell wasn’t his assistant. She was a high level handler trained in psychological warfare and ritual abuse. Her father… Robert Maxwell;was Mossad. Epstein’s wealth? Synthetic. His ties to intelligence? Deep. His files? Still sealed. And the reason they remain sealed is simple… they prove that every nation, every system, every elite tier of global control is built on the trauma of children who were never meant to live long enough to speak. Virginia did. And so she died. Continued in Comments Below👇

The end of an era… 🤍 Writing this isn’t easy, because how do you fully capture a journey that changed someone so deeply? But as her handler, I had the privilege of watching it all unfold the highs, the pressure, the growth, the tears and the quiet strength she carried through it all. She walked into the Big Brother house as one version of herself, and she’s walking out as someone even more grounded, more self-aware, and more powerful in her softness. And the truth is, she didn’t get here alone. To the one who helped her navigate the house LIEMA PANTSI #BELLSnWHISTLES 🔔 🤍 Thank you for being her compass in a space that can easily consume you. You reminded her to stay true to herself, you guided her when things felt uncertain, and you held her steady in moments she needed it most. I saw the difference you made, and it will never be forgotten. To the young queen who is wiser beyond her years DIDI MOTHOBI 🤍 The impact you’ve had on her is something special. You challenged her perspective, inspired her growth, and made her pause and reflect in the most beautiful ways. Age meant nothing when it came to the depth you carry, and she admires you more than words can say. To the one who started off as a boss and became a real friend La Girl, uMabhayi 🤍 Thank you for evolving with her. Thank you for creating a space where she could grow, make mistakes, and still feel supported. What started as structure turned into something genuine, and that means everything. And to the man who made her believe in love again @RealBravoB Thank you for finding her, for choosing her, and for loving her in a way that feels safe and real. You reminded her that her heart could open again, that softness is still strength, and that love doesn’t have to hurt to be real. To TrixieTribes, Trixtars and everyone who supported her your love has not gone unnoticed 🥹 y’all have helped her rewrite her story and have helped her make her dream a reality 🤍. Finally to Big Brother Mzansi Thank you for the opportunity and the second chance 🤍. As her handler, I got to protect, guide, and support her — but more than anything, I got to witness her. And I am so proud of the woman she is. This may be the end of this chapter, but it’s only the beginning of everything that’s coming next. With love, Her handler 🤍✨ #BBMzansiS6 #TrixieChristoffels

DRUGGED. STRIPPED and she says RAPED in a police cell. By the very officers meant to protect her. The doctors found her symptoms matched a date-rape drug. She was locked in that cell. So who gave it to her. The CCTV that could prove it? Four and a half hours, VANISHED. In the hands of the force she's accusing. Three and a half years on. Not one officer charged. No justice and it all happened in Andy Burnham's Manchester. His police. His watch. The man who says he should be your next PRIME MINISTER. Can't fix one cell in his own city. Wants to run the whole country. This is Zayna Iman and this is hard to watch. First, what she took, and what she didn't, because someone always tries that first. That evening she'd taken cocaine. A friend rang 999, worried. The police came to her home. That's all she did. At the door she knocked the glasses off a female officer's face, was arrested for it, and taken to a cell. Here's what matters. Cocaine doesn't do what happened to her next. The doctors were clear. Her symptoms matched a date-rape drug. GHB, or something like it. A completely different substance. She didn't walk in with that in her. She was behind a locked cell door. She couldn't have taken it herself. Someone inside that station gave it to her. Then the police said she'd had a psychotic episode. Except her medical records show no history of mental illness. The doctors said her belief she'd been drugged and raped was NOT delusional. It fit exactly what she described. A former Greater Manchester Police chief superintendent has said, out loud, that he believes her. She isn't the only one. Since she spoke, more than a dozen other women have come forward about this same force. Then there's the footage. On camera, you see her carried in and strip-searched. Then, for the hours that matter most, the screen goes black. The story kept changing. It existed. It was corrupted. It can't be recovered. She says four and a half hours are gone. They admit two. Either way, the proof vanished in the hands of the accused. And Burnham? She contacted him in 2021, two months after she got out. Silence, she says, until 2023, when she waived her anonymity and public outcry forced his hand. Only then did he move. An inquiry into how police treat women in custody. Except the woman at the centre of it says nobody from that inquiry properly spoke to her. Stonewalled. Gaslit. Her words. Nobody's been charged. The investigation still crawls on. Say that plainly. But strip it back. A woman took cocaine and needed help. She ended up drugged with something else entirely, in a cell, in the care of the state and the cameras went dark exactly when it mattered. If it can happen to her, and the proof can just disappear, it can happen to anyone the police put in a cell. Your daughter. Your sister. You. Three and a half years. Still no answers. And the man who moved only when the country was watching wants the keys to the whole country. Ask yourself what he does when nobody's filming.

This Katanga case has had some chilling moments but yesterday was rather difficult to watch. You might recall that the Uganda Police Force Head of Medial services, Dr Richard Byaruhanga told court that Mrs Katanga had been beaten so bad with a blunt object, got multiple compound fractures and could have lost her life if she hadn’t got urgent medical attention. Her head had skin ripped off in some areas, one witness feared her brains were leaking out. Yesterday, the state presented their 25th witness; a blood pattern analyst. He said that the pattern of blood on the ceiling and all four walls of the room indicated that the blood was deposited there by repeatedly swinging an object. Basically something like a baton beating a person then swinging in the air, blood flies off and ends up on the walls and then the baton hits the person and back up. Put on repeat. He called it a “cast-off” pattern. She, apparently crawled to the door, leaned her head on it, opened it and crawled out. The blood pattern on the floor, according to the analyst, matches this. But somehow, the prosecution and the defense had to be caught up in an argument about whether her head indeed touched the door. The prosecution contends that it didn’t because the blood pattern didn’t show hair. The defense asked if the same pattern would show if it’s the open part of her head which touched the door. It became a serious argument that took Judge Rosette Comfort Kania’s clarifying questions to get a straight answer from the witness. He said it was possible. I was shook. Anyway, the state rested its case. Thank you Nile Post for joining The Independent and Daily Monitor in continuing to cover it. Domestic violence activists will look back and be grateful you covered it. For now, they’re still busy virtue signaling under the “16 days of activism against GBV”. #UgandaVsMollyKatanga
