She had a full time nanny for the baby, in laws rotating on wkds, 2 of the older kids in 4 day/ week day care, full insurance coverage at the best hospitals in the world, husband who worked from home and helped whenever needed… she got to work out, get her nails and hair done, had free time to herself … She had better support than 99% of the entire world!!! She’s NOT Andrea Yates. She’s just like Dr. Lauren Dickason who hated what her life had become and resented her husband and children. Killed her kids in the exact same way and made sure her husband found them. THIS is the key event. Saying a woman who’s depressed can get off with brutally, slowly murdering her babies is a very dangerous precedent. She was NOT psychotic!! She has a severe personality disorder and instead of walking away and killing herself she selfishly killed her kids to spite her husband. She couldn’t bear the thought of him moving on without her and her kids having another mother & not remembering HER. She’s a BPD/Narc of some combination & her husband is only protecting her now to absolve his own guilt / back his own million dollar lawsuits. This disgusting woman should not be the poster child for PPP… I have all the empathy in rhe world for the Yates case but this one is VERY different. Wait for further evidence …. They’ll show she only said she had “intrusive thoughts” and never that she was directly thinking or hurting the kids. Also very convenient her psychosis left the minute she was hospitalized and the first thing she said according to nurses was not “are my kids ok?” But “I need a lawyer.” Andrea Yates didn’t know she’d need a lawyer… Where are everyone’s critical thinking skills? RIP Cora, Dawson & baby Callum. You deserved so much more.

Before I had kids, I thought postpartum psychosis was just due to weak minds. Then I had my firstborn and experienced it myself… not harming my child, but behaving wildly, out of my control. I did many weird things, like sitting in a field in the middle of the night eating goat cheese… I hate goat cheese. I had no idea what was going on or that I even did that. Thankful I had 24-hour support.

Dr. Phil look at the prescribing cascade. Now tell me was she ill or was it drug induced due to medical incompetence. There is no way you take that many drugs in such a short time frame and not receive physical harm and keep your sanity. It simply can't be done.

She had not been diagnosed with postpartum psychosis.

She was completely aware of what she was doing, down to sending her husband out to to CVS and get food, even calling him back to answer his question with a sound mind. She was majorly depressed and had SI.

Her husband asked what happened, and she put the focus on herself trying to end her life, made me question whether she was well aware of what she did, because when Patrick asked about the children, she simply said; they are in the basement, and left it for him to find them dead, in his work space, in the basement. She obviously had to make them, or trick them to get them to the basement. #Monster

And she never showed signs of it so she wasn’t in psychosis. Extremely depressed, absolutely… detached from reality? Nope

She had a jealousy issue. She was angry, her husband was traveling often or hanging out with his buddies. She is manipulative. She was punishing him. She knew, her marriage was on the rocks!

Her ex-husband was a banker not a therapist, not a doctor and maybe he didn’t really understand the depth of her problems. He was just going out to get dinner for his family. It’s unfair for you to blame this poor guy who is just doing his best.

She was a control freak . She refused meds for it , and she coldly and deliberately STRANGLED HER BABIES . It will be proven in trial and I hope they throw away the key . The TERROR in that house.

Psychosis is no joke. I have bipolar one and when I had a manic/psychotic episode I thought my dead dog was going to be given back to me in human form at the hospital my husband took me to. I thought him and I were in a “parenting simulation” and bc we were good dog parents, my girl dog was coming back in baby form!

A girl I know in Ohio did something similar many years ago. Postpartum is not discussed like it should be. It’s treated like the boogie man. Tequila Mannering suffered from postpartum psychosis and sits in prison now. For the rest of her life.

In Scotland after baby born the nurse visits used to be once a week to make sure you ok ! Focus is on mum baby there is ALOT more help in Scotland for this before it gets to this

Giving psych drugs to a new mother who isn't sleeping is like pouring gasoline on a fire. And forcing someone to become a psychiatric victim isn't just wrong and unhelpful, it's medical terrorism.

Brooke Shields was very vocal on Postpartum. I had 4, was euphoric with mine but know women who struggled. If there was knowledge of her struggles, hospitalization might have saved those children’s lives.

What I don't understand is why there is a compulsion to do such great evil? Is there a spiritual component to this? Demonic influence/possession? 🤔
