The Kenyan Law in all its forms, including ADR. The Judiciary should be deeply ashamed that they accredited masquaraders to practice law. The Council of Legal Ed. and Kenya School of Law should confirm to the public if they teach ADR and particularly mediation and clarify whether the Judiciary has capacity to include non-lawyers as CAM practitioners without their involvement as regulators. The Law Society of Kenya has a fully funded department that fights masquaraders, I propose they start with this judiciary masquaraders as a matter of priority.
