@laikayips if i had to guess: a combination of being in the middle of the food chain, having an insanely fast metabolism, and a weird body structure that sucks at conserving heat but i am not sure! i will see if i can find out more

i think it's a grey area (and a question i think about a lot). "any sort of depression" is probably impossible to avoid for a wild animal, but she was born in a fur farm and that would have been a much worse life than what she got

When my pet is a little depressed #likefatherlikeson but in all seriousness i get it for sure its a better life and theyre super cute.
