This is the part people are underestimating. What are they doing for their holders that were hacked on their Layer 2? Millions of dollars in losses to holders just last September (2025) without making anyone whole. Projects that migrated to their Layer 2 and brought liquidity to Shibarium were drained of the investment. Zero communication from the team on how they were fixing it. How will Layer 3 work when Layer 2 was a complete disaster? Who would trust this?

This wasn’t a community burn. This comes from an event that happened on June 18th, 2025. You may have heard this story. ZachXBT first flagged suspicious outflows tied to an address 0xf22cc3c5b24e3b40ba7a27b82ea0d4b6d3088bbd. Further reporting from Reuters and CoinDesk later confirmed the scale of the exploit. An Iranian crypto exchange, Nobitex, was reportedly hacked for $90M+. 0xffFFfFFffFFffFfFffFFfFfFfFFFFfFfFFFFDead was mentioned (a burn address on Ethereum) on those reports, but didn't see anyone going further to confirm that multiple tokens like $SHIB were actually burned. Somehow, it was missed. One of the burns being the 2nd biggest burn we had so far for $SHIB. Other assets were wiped as well: -255.6 billion $PEPE -12 thousand $CHAIN -262 ETH ...just to name some. As you may know, tracking $SHIB was mostly focused on known SHIB-related burn addresses. That’s why this was missed. We should’ve been tracking more addresses. So what changed? We built a new tracking platform that monitors 100+ addresses, including 29 official burn addresses in Ethereum, with 0xffFFfFFffFFffFfFffFFfFfFfFFFFfFfFFFFDead being one of them. The work the team at Blockscout 🔭 did is a step in that direction: they're the first block explorer to natively support ERC-7984 confidential tokens, verifiable transfers with encrypted amounts. 3 reasons why we chose to deploy our rollup in the ZKsync Elastic Chain ecosystem. 1⃣ SXT smart contract execution layer SXT is a blockchain designed for collecting, storing, querying, and proving data to smart contracts. Unlike an EVM chain, it's not designed to execute smart contracts. In order to support critical functions for the SXT network, like staking and slashing for node ops, as well as to allow devs to deploy their own smart contracts directly on SXT, we built our own ZK rollup with ZKsync’s stack. It serves as the settlement and smart contract execution layer for SXT. 2⃣ Elastic Chain ecosystem We 🩷 the ZKsync community, and building in the Elastic Chain ecosystem gives us access to an array of other rollups, users, apps, and smart contracts that need ZK-proven data. It sends that into DeFi or hires another agent to manage the yield and another to allocate. A corporation runs a treasury at human speed, with meetings and sign offs. An AI corporation will run one wildly differently. It'll be machine speed, around the clock, with agents all the way down. That's the entire autonomous stack forming, and most of it will inevitably happen in DeFi. Its the only financial system an agent can plug straight into. Which is funny, because humans never really took to DeFi. Its clunky, everything takes a dozen steps, and chasing yield across protocols is more effort than most people will ever put in. But none of that matters to an agent. We built the financial system agents needed a decade before they showed up.
