Shilly Passes Minting 1.31.23 Everything you need to know 🧵

There will be 4k total Shilly Passes. GA Passes (2.5k supply) and Backstage Passes (1k supply) will be minted together on 1/31 for no higher than .05 ETH. There will be an allowlist mint followed by a public sale if any supply remains.

Band Passes (500 supply) will begin minting on 1/31 for .25 eth only for accepted applicants. Apply to mint the band pass here (do not have to be a musician):

Utility? Listen, the art is beyond dope (source: trust me), but this ain't just about the art. These are access passes to the Shilly universe (Shillyverse* for efficiency). We'll release a comprehensive list of utilities for each tier, but here's some highlights you can expect:

- Access to Shilly's token gated metaverse lands and events - Access to the collaborative Studio Platform - DAO governance over treasury. All Shilly songs will be minted as 1/1 NFTs and transferred to the treasury. - Airdrops - Access to future IRL events and merch
