I hate to feed into this but this messaging is disingenuous. 1. CBS Boston probably had some tech issues and their live stream cut in late. (It happens all the time. It happened during the KR trials a couple times, too. People are behind those cameras.) CBS Boston also posted the whole thing when the whole recording was uploaded this morning. 2. Melanie Little probably scheduled her live a half hour after the scheduled start because no one is allowed to stream the Zoom hearings and they’re usually about 20 minutes long. 3. Kyle Sharkey is doing a crazy amount of work for nothing and he had to email the clerk to see what was going on with the Zoom well after its scheduled start. He’s not controlling the media setup in the courtroom, but he IS doing everything he can to make sure people know where/how to tune into these hearings – including you ladies! 4. We ALL want ALL the hearings! In their entirety! Not myself or any Lawtuber wants to make videos on one hearing, in two parts, in reverse order. Come on. To suggest that there was this big conspiracy to block the first part of the hearing from airing, like “FKR” knew exactly how it was going to play out before the judge entered the courtroom, is ridiculous and weird. Stop it.

This is very commendable. This road was one of the reasons I felt really bad about Governor Jide Sanwo-Olu. It is such a critical corridor, yet it was left in a deplorable state for so long. That was one of my major disappointments with his administration. No matter what happened,even with the #EndSARS protests or any other crisis,the government should not have allowed such an important road to deteriorate to that extent. That said, I am happy today that the road is finally being rehabilitated, even though it took about five years. This is exactly what Nigerians want: a good, clean, and well-maintained environment. Nigerians don’t need too much. We are actually very easy to impress. You don’t have to overdo things,just do the basics well, and the average Nigerian will sing your praises to the high heavens. This level of infrastructure maintenance used to be the standard of the APC in Lagos before Governor Jide’s administration. In my opinion, this has been the laziest government Lagos has had. This is not meant to throw shade; it is simply my personal opinion. However, I must commend the administration for being responsive. When they are criticized, they tend to act quickly to fix issues, and that is a good thing. Still, much more is needed. This road must be rehabilitated to the highest possible standard. It should be beautiful and visually pleasing. It is a critical transport corridor, an industrial corridor, and a major transportation route. In fact, it is almost the lifeline of Lagos. It is also a tourist corridor, as about 90% of tourists who come to Lagos pass through this route to reach different destinations. I want to place special emphasis on Ikate. Kunsela Road should be completely demolished and rebuilt with proper drainage systems on both sides, so that rainwater can flow freely. The same applies to the area around Iyare Motors. That section of the road also needs urgent attention. It should be demolished and reconstructed properly to allow effective water flow. Honestly, I would advise this administration to suspend every other thing and focus on environmental management. Lagos already has everything it needs,from its people to its businesses. Every Lagosian is a hustler. They don’t need much; just give them an enabling environment and watch them take this city to the world and back. Lagosians are among the most inspiring Nigerians on earth. That is not news; it is a fact. The government should simply ensure that the environment is clean, roads are in good condition, and transportation works efficiently. Lagos does not need to beg for investors or engage in unnecessary publicity. By maintaining a clean environment and good infrastructure, Lagos will attract many times more investment than it already does. So, kudos to Governor Jide on this effort. I wish him the very best. As I have said before, I will be the first person to publicly acknowledge and post his achievements, as long as he genuinely tackles environmental issues. Once the environment is properly fixed and Lagos becomes clean again before the end of his tenure, I will personally sing the praises of this administration to the high heavens. I am not hiding that. Lecture in Kabul about Shia vs Sunni (rough translation); This is a hot topic today, let us pray that Allah (swt) removes this enmity and animosity between us. The Muslim Ummah has been destroyed by this jealousy, grudge and enmity. It has destroyed our unity. It is the English who have turned us against each other, they have spread suspicion between sects and schools of thoughts. Let us remember that this war which America and Israel is waging is not against Shias, it is a war against Islam. America and Israel are thinking about destroying Islam. They are not thinking about “this is Shia and this is Sunni”. They did this in Iraq, pelting Shias and Sunnis against each other. They did the same in Syria. They were here in Afghanistan for 20 years, where was the talk about Shia? Were they talking and fighting Shias? No. The sole purpose of America and Israel is to make Muslims weak. Because for 1,200 years in this world, it was Muslims running empires. Muslims were powerful rulers under the banner of Islam. So America and Israel don’t want Muslims to stand on their feet again and become rulers of the world. If someone raises his head as a Muslim, they take care of them right there and then. There must be few thousand people in this majlis, forgive my language, they either take out the head, or take out the bottom (castrate then). They have castrated many countries, they have castrated the Arab countries, including Pakistan. I hope no one says that is a Muslim country with an atom bomb, no, Pakistan is castrated. The atom bomb is not under its own control, it is under the control of the English and Americans. They say we will either chop the head of a Muslim, or chop the bottom of a Muslim. This is an order from Allah that Muslims should prepare against the enemy, and deter the enemy. Don’t start problems between each other over sects, otherwise you will be finished. Allah has said to us in the Quran; “and do not dispute and [thus] lose courage and [then] your strength would depart” You will be destroyed, your strength will be gone. This strength will be wasted and lost against each other. Is this true or not? These bullets, these weapons and martyrs from this side, and in that side, Pakistan fights Afghanistan under the command of America, right? They are Muslim, at least they are Muslim by name, it is a Muslim country, so wouldn’t it have been better if this strength, if those bullets and weapons were used against Israel and the enemies of Muslims? Public Health Issue Alert 🚨 Travelling on Vande Bharat today (Allahabad → Delhi) and yesterday was travelling on Rajdhani (Delhi → Allahabad), I was served rotis/kachoris heated directly inside sealed plastic packaging. While at Rajdhani, I was hungry and so ate the hot Kachori almost instantly and then realised - wait, how can it be hot? Wasn’t it in a sealed packet? How could they heat the packet directly? Then this repeated today and I couldn’t stop myself from inquiring - The “Halka Phulka” roti packet clearly states: • “Store in a cool & dry place” • No mention of microwave/heating in-pack • No “microwave safe” indication Yet the packets are handed over visibly hot. Lakhs of passengers can verify this - the rotis are served warm with the plastic pack heated. The person in the train confirmed that rotis were being heated directly in the packet. Food-grade plastic is not automatically heat-safe unless certified for microwave/steam use. Heating multilayer packaging without clear instructions can potentially increase chemical migration into food - especially when done repeatedly at scale. This may be operational convenience. But food safety should never rely on shortcuts. Requesting IRCTC Ministry of Railways Ashwini Vaishnaw to clarify: - Are these institutional packs certified for in-pack heating? - If so, can that certification be publicly shared? - Is this happening on all trains? 🚆 - Who has authorised this? Passenger safety deserves application of mind - not just efficiency. Just to make the passengers that IRCTC is serving hot food, how can such a careless thing be done - playing with the health of lakhs of people who are eating this food? The last thing we want is blame game buck to be passed between IRCTC FSSAI - Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution will say that it is Railways’ mistake. Railway minister will say it is the third party vendor who has been given the tender - it’s their mistake. Third party vendor will find someone at the lowest in the ladder like the gentleman in this video who admitted that they were heated in microwave, to fix the blame on - while fixing NO Accountability of the damage already done and NO Responsibility for what’s to come. you tend to hear this a lot from people outside or new to ML, and I often point to a talk Ilya gave a few years back: 1) think of any decent deep neural net that has enough memory and sequential ops as just a big parallel computer 2) training this neural net is doing search over computer programs that maximize your objective 3)unless you have some large bottleneck (and given you can successfully optimize this system) you’ll find that these parallel computers are highly robust to architectural changes. 4) this is because computers are great at simulating each other. your new architecture can usually be straightforwardly simulated ‘inside’ your old architecture. 5) it’s not that architecture doesn’t matter, but it mostly matters with respect to (1) fundamental bottlenecks in this parallel computer (2) modifications that make models easier to optimize, since this argument only holds if your optimization is good (3) compute efficiency/system efficiency wins that make learning easier or faster. 6) it’s quite possible that new architectures will lead to breakthroughs in machine learning, but we should first start with bottlenecks, not naturalist intuitions about the ‘form’ of AI should take. until you understand this it seems surprising that small models trained longer are better than undertrained big models, that depth and width are surprisingly interchangeable, that talking to a model with an MoE or sparse attention or linear attention is approximately the same iso evals.

you tend to hear this a lot from people outside or new to ML, and I often point to a talk Ilya gave a few years back: 1) think of any decent deep neural net that has enough memory and sequential ops as just a big parallel computer 2) training this neural net is doing search over computer programs that maximize your objective 3)unless you have some large bottleneck (and given you can successfully optimize this system) you’ll find that these parallel computers are highly robust to architectural changes. 4) this is because computers are great at simulating each other. your new architecture can usually be straightforwardly simulated ‘inside’ your old architecture. 5) it’s not that architecture doesn’t matter, but it mostly matters with respect to (1) fundamental bottlenecks in this parallel computer (2) modifications that make models easier to optimize, since this argument only holds if your optimization is good (3) compute efficiency/system efficiency wins that make learning easier or faster. 6) it’s quite possible that new architectures will lead to breakthroughs in machine learning, but we should first start with bottlenecks, not naturalist intuitions about the ‘form’ of AI should take. until you understand this it seems surprising that small models trained longer are better than undertrained big models, that depth and width are surprisingly interchangeable, that talking to a model with an MoE or sparse attention or linear attention is approximately the same iso evals.

I have listened to the debate on Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 between legal scholar Dr Justice Mavedzenge and political scientist Prof Jonathan Moyo today on Twitter. Without any doubt, Dr Justice Mavedzenge explained, clarified, and made ordinary people understand the issues, and more importantly, in my humble view, he won the debate on whether there is need for Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 to be subjected to a referendum or not. Anything done for the people, as Prof Jonathan Moyo says these monumental amendments are, should be subjected to the people. The Constitution is not ambiguous on this. It is clear that term limits should be subjected to a referendum for any change to be done legally. Under Section 328 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, any amendment that seeks to extend the length of time a President may hold office, or to remove or alter term limits in a way that benefits an incumbent, cannot apply to the sitting President and must be subjected to constitutional safeguards. You cannot claim to be doing something for the people and yet deny those same people the right to have a say. Prof Jonathan Moyo has a right to his views, but those views must be subjected to the law for the amendments to be implemented legally, and based on what I have read in our Constitution, his views are not aligned with the law. And I am not making this up. It is in the Constitution. Even veteran Zimbabwean lawyer and former ZANUPF legal secretary, Patrick Chinamasa, has said so. In this video, he explains in front of President Mnangagwa that what they are attempting to do today, which Prof Jonathan Moyo argues does not require a referendum, would in fact require two referendums. One to remove or alter presidential term limits from five to seven years, and another to extend the sitting president’s tenure to 2030. This position was declared, and not contradicted, at a ZANUPF conference in Bulawayo. What the broader legal fraternity in Zimbabwe is saying, save for a few lawyers who have since revised their positions and now echo the same view, is that the Constitution is explicit on these prescripts. Anything else is political propaganda to win hearts and minds. The problem with propaganda is that it cannot be anchored in constitutional provisions. It rests on opinion. In this instance, however, we are not expressing opinions. We are stating what is contained in the Constitution and what ZANUPF itself has previously acknowledged. You can decide today that you want a 20-year presidential term. That is your right to hold that view, but you must subject that proposition to the law. If you believe in it, take it to the citizens in the manner prescribed by the Constitution. You cannot decide, through opinion or political argument, whether a referendum is required or not. That question is not settled by what anyone thinks. It is settled by what the law says. If the Constitution requires a referendum, then you must subject yourself to it. UPDATE— Jake is still unable to make any phone calls but he was able to get an update to me today. 1. They are keeping him locked in solitary the entire time he is there. 2. ⁠he will not be allowed to make any calls while there and they have him completely silenced. 3. ⁠they are keeping the light on in his cell 24/7 and it’s impossible to get any sleep. 4. ⁠they are telling him he has no right to speak to an attorney or go to the law library, even with an upcoming hearing. I have already been documenting every call I’ve had with these psychopaths in the jail, and they know I have the recording of them ripping him out of his cell just for begging for food — so when I called to get all of this new info on record and an explanation for the treatment the lieutenant decided to now SILENCE ME and told the entire jail to no longer take my calls. His mother called right after I did to try to get answers on his treatment and I have posted the recording in this post. These people are ANIMALS. And the way the are treating people is CRUEL AND UNUSUAL PUNISHMENT! All for nodding his head in a courtroom and saying the truth that it OBVIOUSLY is “two tiered justice” They treat murderers better than someone with a ten day contempt charge!!! That crazed judge and everyone working in that jail need to be INVESTIGATED, FIRED, AND THROWN IN PRISON!!!!! This is a welcome development. Igbos that desire Biafra do not need Trump to actualize Biafra. They need to do the following: 1. Have a uniform voice, focus and mission because as at now there are JUDASIS among and within them who are sabotaging their agitations. 2. All Igbos that are currently serving as ministers and occupying federal political appointments should resign immediately. Doing this will send shivers in the federal spine and all local and global attentions will be on them. 3. All Governors from the south east should decamp to one party which may be either the original Igbo party APGA or the most recent one, LP. 4. All states in the south East shall express openly their resolve not to participate in any future all future elections. 5. All states from the south East should collectively visit the united Nations, Ecowas and African Union, submit their notices and request of intention to conduct a referendum of separation from Nigeria and invite them as witnesses and observers. 6. If the referendum is in favor of separation they can go ahead and declare Biafra and demand for their share of the countries assets and liabilities. Next will be to make arrangements on how to resettle all Biafrans that will be migrating back to Biafra to build the new country of theirs since they would lose their citizenship of the other part of Nigeria. At that point no sensible/insensible or senile person can contemplate waging war against them. Also I would like to remove any misconceptions and confusion. It does no one any good if my point is missed. Not me, not you. It is the thing I love most about prayer. So first of all, prayer is not an excuse to do nothing, hence my biggest issues when our respected men of God tell us just to pray. Look, when you pray for God’s protection in the morning, you don’t get out on the mainroad and jump in front of a moving car. No, you’d have to get to work by driving carefully. That is how you get the complete answer to your prayer. Second of all, I am not your typical anything, when you feel you have figured me out, reserve a little space in your mind for surprises (they are usually not bad ones). However you can always bank on that I will stand for Righteousness, Justice, Truth, Equity and Fairness So here goes, legislation that’s what I love about prayer. An exercise where precedences can be birth. There are different types of changes such as the swapping between two already existent things/experiences. However the biggest type of change is the one where the seen or usual or existent gives room for the never-seen-before or unusual or non-existent. This is what it means to set precedence. The making of Firsts. People who are spiritually deep know that, for something to achieve “being” then it didn’t exist before. And if “it” didn’t exist before, it meant there are existing protocols/workings/laws/principles ensuring “It” never be (comes into existence). So if “It” must be, then you may have to legislate a new Law/Act to make “It” be (come into existence) first in the spiritual and then watch out for its manifestation in the physical. The movie is an account of events that actually happened. This is a true life story. Not fiction, this is what makes the wisdom therein even more intense. This is why I speak in tongues, how else am I going to have access to the secret archives of spiritual information for which to build my case on. The point here is God is a Judge too, you can get him to rule in your favor, you just have to have done your research. Especially when your matter requires dealing with your Antecedents. It’s just that you are not (re)searching physical things, sometimes you are searching on spiritual protocols that predates Adam. Dear Mr or Mrs Handler, I will make it short! What you are not going to do is insert Bells's name into your write up and make it look like she looks down on people or makes fun of people just so you can play victim. Bells is a bubbly person most times and treats everyone equally. She gets serious when she decides to and she will have an indepth conversation with whomever, when she decides to( as Aikou described her). She is a very caring person and great person to have as a friend. Heck, she looked after your Yusuf when he broke his nose and got sick. Bells is a radiographer and I assume you know what's involved in studying and working as a Radiographer?! Brains!! So, Bells is never surfaced minded she just doesn't want to have a serious conversation with certain people and it is not force. Also, they both laugh at eachothers jokes, stories and have banters. Even Yusuf can tell Bells to 'shut up' or 'f*ck off' and they both laughs it off. Do we write epistle about this? No! Since this whole caneo capsized, your person has been running from one microphone to the other, degrading, belittling and saying deteriorating things about Bells to all that wants to listen. Even today, it was Biggie(Videos are alover the TL). Who knows, it might be a ninja tomorrow. Bells is not perfect but you will hardly see her say unwarranted stuffs about your Oga. URC in partnership with Ministry of Works & Transport and Safe Way Right Way Uganda has commenced a safety awareness campaign to educate road users on the best way to operate along Level Crossings and the railway corridor. Speaking journalists, the Benon M. Kajuna Mr. Benon Kajuna noted that, accidents involving trains across the globe are rare, but very destructive when they happen, and advised motorist and other road users to always exercise caution whenever they are driving across railway crossings. He further warned pedestrians who use the railway line as a pathway to desist from this practice because it exposes them to risks. Those who insist on using it should always ensure that they are aware of their surroundings. The same activity attracted leaders of the different transporters, associations in the country. Rail-Road safety cannot be achieved only through the physical installations. Other stakeholders (road users) should be aware of their responsibility, and that is the reason for the sensitisation drive. A few things to note 1. Always keep a distance from the railway lines at crossings by holding up behind the boom barriers. Parking in front of it is a risky undertaking. Parking below it makes its lowering impossible. This applies to both, the manual and automated barriers. 2. When stopped at any crossing, please respect the instruction. It is for your own good. 3. When approaching crossings, reduce speed. This gives you enough time to appreciate your surrounding before proceeding. 4. When a train is approaching any crossing, do not cross. Be patient. It is not as slow as you think.
