we're so used to wearing shoes with heels that we've forgotten that we're designed to walk on the balls of our feet, not on our heels. barefoot shoes don't do much good if you don't intend to use them to facilitate that proper walking form.

Bras do the same thing. By not letting the muscles do their jobs, they weaken over time and wind up causing problems

You should also pay attention to the way you walk. Roll your feet while walking and use the outer edges. This has helped me a lot at age 41. To do this well, your toes should also point outward when walking.
