I think the AR-15 (Developed in 1915) is an underrated gun. Fortunately the Kaiser was never able to make enough of them even though he owned an aluminum factory (Kaiser Aluminum) because it was in the US. Here's one found at the Battle of Versailles in 1919.

My Mauser 1910 and 1914, even if they might be made a little after the war.

For purely aesthetic reasons, the British SMLE.

Mle 1892. It's just not a good military gun. But very fun at the range.
