Early 2000’s were Super Walmarts for most places. Original Walmarts were still around but not so much in bigger cities. This was how I remember Walmart in the 90’s before it was gone! I think the only original Walmart I have seen was the last time I was in Branson MO. (2017)

Walmart exchanged the Red White Blue store decor for Ukrainian yellow and blue. The country that was trying to start a color revolution in Russia and Putin said no.
