The “menenja” was wrong to give him a refund! Read signage at the entrance which clearly states trolleys stay in designated areas. Under CPA, refunds are only required for defects, misdescriptions, direct marketing, or delivery rejection. Fire managers who don't know the law!

Even here in Wesselsbron, they don't allow us to take their trolleys to the rank. I understand they don't want their trolleys to be stolen but how do they expect a customer to carry the croserey to the rank. They must hire peopl who will help us and return their trolleys.
