In 2022, the RAF stopped recruiting white men in order to raise the proportion of women and ethnic minorities in the Air Force. They would literally rather have hired nobody than someone white and male. Diversity quotas are terrible. Putting them before our safety is lunacy.

Hollywood has decided to prioritize DEI and woke quotas over great filmmaking. With the Academy Awards now, you have to check certain boxes, which makes it hard to do historical films. In Hollywood, they see the world as Los Angeles and New York. They fly over the rest of the country and look down on everybody else. Ann Widdecombe represented a political tradition Britain is rapidly losing. She had firm principles, deep compassion and absolute integrity. When Ann gave her word, she meant it. I was proud to stand alongside her in defence of Northern Ireland and our United Kingdom. Her death is a great loss to the country. Britain has lost one of the few politicians whose word still meant something.
