Other minor parties who have done deals with Liberal and Labor and bad actors within the major parties are spreading misinformation. The only way change happens in Australia is if we stop rewarding the MP's and parties who consistently sell us out. The Trumpet of Patriots are aiming to dismantle the duopoly via their policy platform and preference suggestions. Make no mistake, there is no difference between Labor and Liberal on most things. On all the key issues they are identical. For example the seat of Dickson is held by Mr. Dutton on a margin of less than 2 percent. It's Queensland's most marginal seat. Under Mr Dutton, the Liberal party vote has fallen to its lowest point since the Menzies era of 1944. Mr Dutton does not deserve to lead the LNP nor does he deserve to remain in parliament. So in this seat we have suggested that Liberal and Labor should both be put last and second last. Unseating Mr Dutton and removing him from parliament will be a win for true Liberal values and Australia's future. Another example is the seat of Griffith, it is held by Greens MP Max Chandler-Mather. The TOP suggestion in Griffith is a deliberate decision to help remove this Greens MP from office. Based on the data the only choice for Griffith is either Labor or the Greens. The Trumpet of Patriots believes that removing this Greens MP is a priority. A strategic decision. None of the other minor parties will win this seat. They won't even come close. So TOP recommends placing Labor above the Greens. The same applies for the seat of Ryan where another Greens MP is the current incumbent. More of the same won't cut it. Neither Labor nor Liberal must be allowed to continue. It's time to end the duopoly and really shake things up. We must take bold steps to restore true representative government. The Trumpet of Patriots will attempt to unseat all incumbents. This will help to shatter the illusion of the two party system. The next election in 2028 will look very different. We can’t keep doing the same thing and expecting different results.
