There's nothing relevant to AA here. First setting he changes is under Motion Sensor settings (which are only relevant if you use gyro/motion sensor to aim). The second setting he changes (ADS Sensitivity Transition Timing) already existed and has nothing to do with AA.

There is way too many setting in these games to fine tune, before can even start playing. Literally feels like a chore. I yearn for just having a sensitivity slider, and maybe* a FOV slider. The amount of settings now is just stupid and tiring
