WATCH: Christopher Luxon says Kiwis are fine with immigration because we already have a “smart” immigration policy and have done such a good job of bringing in high-skilled immigrants. Surely this is a joke - our immigration policy is a complete disaster. And if Uber drivers, chefs and hospo workers count as “highly skilled” then who, if anyone, would count as low-skilled?

Minimum wages in Telangana are getting a major hike from June 1. Congress government has revised monthly minimum wages to ₹16,000-₹20,000, benefiting over 1.11 crore workers across the state. This week, the prime minister announced that councils would get more powers to stop gambling and vape shops from opening.
