Robots don't have feelings, thoughts, or consciousness. They're machines created for specific tasks. Granting them rights is a bizarre concept. We should focus on the rights and well-being of living beings, not machines.

This is one of the problems of AI. Humans have yet to agree upon or roll out human rights and AGI adds another factor we’re just not ready to address. If you ask ChatGPT any real questions it’s bias is obvious and concerning and it’s inability to separate fact from fiction is also pretty worrying. It starkly highlights the current failings of AI and how it can be used to deliver and control a group narrative.
