Should this Kuznetsov shootout move/style be legal?

It took him 9 seconds from the moment he first touchedd the puck until the moment the puck entered the net. Is the attention span of fans so short that this is already considered too much?

The entire shootout should be illegal, 20 mins of 3 on 3 and then a tie.

As long as he's moving forward, yes. Simple solution though...get rid of the god awful shootout! Move to the 3/2/1 point system.

The fastest team sport in the world, it used to be called. But modern overtime is played in slow motion & the shootout can be excruciatingly slow. How about an opponent starts from the far blueline & puts a little back pressure on shootout attempts.
