I was taking anywhere between 30-60 pills a day at my worst. Mainly Valium but lots of Xanax too, all mixed in with lean and lots of weed and Nos ect. That was every day for nearly 3 years and I went cold turkey (can’t remember why funnily enough) and on day 4 I entered nearly 2 months of benzo withdrawal-induced psychosis. If it wasn’t for my amazing parents, I’d have been sectioned, arrested or simply died. Currently sober for 2,273 days and I’ve kept one video on my phone that reminds me why I’m still sober

I was severely addicted to Xanax like 20 years ago. I was taking 8mg a day and it's no flex at all. It took me two years to taper off of them and 2 weeks in a mental hospital. First off, a taper is required at doses this high. 60 a day is complete bullshit. He'd be dead.

Vicodin isn't dangerous from the opiate inside. Its dangerous because its mostly acetaminophen. So if you take 30 vicodin you are basically taking 30 tylenol

I almost went a week without sleep coming off of it cold turkey. Incredibly exhausted yet sleeping was impossible. Like my sleep switch broke. Genuinely thought I was going to die from sleep deprivation.

I worked with a guy trying to come off oxy. Came down from a couple 80s a day down to 30-40 but was having a terrible time sleeping. Decided a klonopin or two would help him sleep. Closed up shop with him one night to open the following morning. Never showed up. Shits dangerous
