And here we are still wondering why we're still hungry. Now add negligible nutritional values to today's foods and we spend a fortune buying more food that is not sating hunger and paying more for less to add insult to injury.

Governments should have standard sizes for food so consumers can easily compare like for like. Like dry catfood or frozen veg etc should be 1kg, 2kg and 5kg. Not all these weird inbetween sizes. Why are food and product regulatory authorities not protecting consumers?

Shrinkflation may be an indication of inflation or supply chain disruptions. But if I'm getting a smaller product, shouldn't I pay a smaller price?
