If shrouds opinions were valid, the game he promoted would have done great.

3'rd person pubg was a perfect example to the global shooter community that you can cheat your opponent by simply watching them from behind cover.

3rd person should be for single player and co-op shooter games. nothing else.

Didn’t Scum do something to prevent this. I think they went invisible unless you had line of sight on them. Something like that. Not sure how successful it was.

This is the main feature of 3rd person shooters.

Yeah would love to see a 50% visual reduction for people behind cover. It will never work. 3rd person games can do well and can be a blast as we are seeing but as the skill gap sets in it’s really who can abuse that more and it’s random chance who’s seeing who first.
