.Dragon Khan Game, the third-person action RPG inspired by Legacy of Kain and Devil May Cry, just received a free demo on Steam. Developed by the Brazilian team at Evolution Game Studio, the title introduces Botu, a unique green draconate born with wings and elemental power. He is drawn into a conflict triggered by the disappearance of a dragon Khan and the invasion of the forest domain. This demo takes around one hour to complete, introducing the combat system that mixes martial arts with elemental powers. The content was carefully structured as a way for anyone to get familiar with the experience, including its narrative pillars. We are working on the demo influencers campaign for western markets and the press campaign for Brazil, so if you are a #gamejourno or #contentcreator interested in covering it, feel free to send us a DM. #dragonkhan #rpg #action #hackandslash #fantasy #parkour

Steve Jobs: The difference between good people and great people is 50-to-1 “I’ve always considered part of my job was to keep the quality level of people in the organizations I work with very high. I mean that’s what I consider one of the few things I can contribute individually myself — versus the team that work with — is to really try to instill in the organization the goal of having only A players.” Steve argues this is especially important in technology where there’s a huge range between the best person and the worst person: “In a lot of fields, the difference between, say, the worst taxicab driver and the best taxicab driver to get you across town in Manhattan might be 2-to-1. The best one will get you there in 15 minutes, the worst one will get you there in half an hour… Or the best cook and the worst cook, maybe it’s 3-to-1… But in the field that I’m in. In software in particular. The difference between the best person and the worst person is about 100-to-1 or more.” He continues: “The difference between a good software person and a great software person is probably 50-to-1 or 25-to-1. Huge dynamic range. And therefore, I have found — and not just in software but in almost everything I’ve done — it really pays to go after the best people in the world.” But as Steve points out, this isn’t always easy: “It’s very painful when you have some people that are not the best people in the world, and you have to get rid of them. But I’ve found that my job has sometimes been exactly that, to get rid of some of the people that didn’t measure up. And I’ve always tried to do it in a humane way, but nonetheless it has to be done and it’s not ever fun.”

We got a new GTA-like game before GTA 6: - Samson is a 1990s crime story in a setting reminiscent of GTA 3’s Liberty City or Max Payne’s New York - Developed by a team of former Just Cause and Mad Max developers - You play as Samson McCray, just out of prison who must pay off a large debt from a failed heist with the help of his sister - Gameplay is structured into days. Each day, you must take various jobs to make debt payments - Melee combat is heavy with the possibility of one-punch knockouts that add to the game's grittiness. It features a mix of punches, parries, and dodging - Driving is integral and cars have a strong, grounded feel to them, featuring nitro boosts and side slam - Features a skill tree that lets you choose your preferred play style with 4 different skills: Instinct (increases adrenaline), Tactics (increases health), Aggression (increases power), and Cunning (increases finesse) - Coming to PC on April 8 for $24.99 and will release on consoles at a later date (Source:

> reflecting about Starknet outpost starknet outpost is hands down imo one of the best thing we’ve ever done, in terms of projects, in terms of the quality of founders , devs, vibes. the whole residency program felt less off like a program but more like a home but with a catch, “a home with insanely cracked devs and founders”. it’s been one hell of a crazy ride at the outpost, and I’m just too saddened that it’s coming to an end right now, well of course all good things comes to an end.. this straight up felt like a whole fucking movie with action scenes, emotional scenes and finally the movie ended with a really high note. none of this outpost would have been possible without all these devs who showed utmost trust and those who shared the same vision as us which was “playing the long term game”. there were quite a lot of ups and even greater downs but at the end what matters is, it all turned up right and the best. there were a lot of instances where these devs could have just straight up said dude “fuck off im done” with all the things that happened, but they choose to stay and it was all because of the way they chose to back their friends each other. im just soooo bullish on all of the founders, devs and team that took part in our outpost literally sat alongside everyone spent countless nights along with the devs leaving out all my personal time (my gf was pissed ofcz) all because of one reason, all these founders were soo fucking bullish on their products and wanted to go big and weren’t here for grant farming. and yesterday after three intense months, we’ve arrived just to that moment. the demo day. a day where all the late nights, the pivots, the breakthroughs, and pure perseverance came together. also none of this would have been possible without my friends on ground (Akshat ,mandar.hl , @sahilxfr ,uddalak , prathik.ai ) huge gg well guys we’ve come to an end of the pune outpost. and wanted to put this heartfelt note along with a video that just shows how close to our heart this. btw we played this video yday during the demo day, i got pretty emotional and couldn’t even do my talk properly cuz that’s the depth of how close these mfrs were. bullish on friends that I made here. 🎥 || Lewis Hamilton after first runs in the SF-26. “Immediately you’re trying to get a feel for anything, feeling through your body, through the G-long, through the vibrations of the seat and the suspension. You’re trying to pick up all these little bits of information in the little time that you have and then just to be in Fiorano, you know, to be at Ferrari, to be here, to know that this is a start of a long journey.” “But one that I know that it just feels right, I think the team is in the best place, it’s been, I think for the time I’ve been here. And seeing everyone so motivated and driven, I think we’re really on it.” “We’ve got a lot of work to do to really make sure we do all the diligence and we really understand this car and we really have to be quick to react, be very dynamic but I feel like all hands are on deck so I’m sure we can do that.”

I finished the DLC for Ninja Gaiden 4: The Two Masters. Here’s a quick little analysis. I liked it quite a lot. It lasts around 3 hours (I played it on Hard). It has small references to the previous games, and that’s definitely appreciated. You can tell they refined the combat system even more and made the game harder, because the three chapters really kicked my ass is a not stop action combat. Maybe I’m just rusty, but enemies respond much better during combat now. One good thing is that when you lose, you can now skip the death dialogue. If you run out of health and press the button, it immediately restarts, which makes everything feel smoother (that was one of the things I had been asking for). However, things like being able to save the game at UMI or the HDR issues were not added or fixed, which is a shame. I liked the new stages — especially the “hell” one. It feels like a sea without water. You can tell this game was designed to be played at night, because in daytime stages the characters look kind of weird. Maybe it’s just something you have to get used to. Yakumo’s new weapon is incredible. Ryu’s new weapon, on the other hand, I didn’t fully understand. It’s simple, but it feels like it’s missing hits — I noticed it felt kind of empty. It’s more of a “connector” weapon than anything else. It’s great that they added the option to customize which weapons you want to use, or even equip them all together. The new enemies definitely add challenge (there are 4 new enemies or bosses), and I liked the final boss — I’m not sure if more than the others in the base game, but I really enjoyed it. To sum it up, I liked the DLC. However, I feel like they’re going to release a BLACK version, because it’s missing unlockable content, costumes, and characters like Ayane. That honestly makes me sad. A game with such a fun combat system really needed that extra content. If this DLC had been included in the base game, it would have been incredible. Later I’ll talk about the new 100-level mode (it has 3 accessories to unlock — they’re probably for the new weapon). But overall, it’s a good, very playable DLC, just lacking in content. Great job by PlatinumGames and Team Ninja — but please learn to listen a bit more to the fans who have been supporting you for years. Adding more costumes or another playable character is enough to make us happy. 🥷 🥰 Team NINJA PlatinumGames Inc. Super Ninja™

📢 Facepunch x Dreamhack Birmingham In case you missed it, we spent the weekend at the NEC with DreamHack Birmingham supporting the UK games industry and it’s very few events! We headed to the NEC to support the UK industry and get our latest projects - S&box and Rust Mobile - into the hands of players. From sponsoring the indie zone to getting upcoming and old games on screens in real life, it was a massive weekend for the team while we showcased and connected with new and old fans and creators. There really is no substitute for watching real people play your work live, even if it means handling a few unban requests in person. 😅 The Verdict: ✅ Sausage Survivors 2 (in s&box) is a crowd favourite. ✅ Chippy arcades are surprisingly addictive. ✅ Real-world conversations are one of the best motivators for development. And are the ones we sometimes experience the least! Great to meet the community and support the next generation of indie devs, as well as experience the passionate competitive scene. Watch the full recap video below!

Last week Jez Corden threw out a rumour #PlayStation may be scaling things back on PC. Jez's track record's questionable. This week Parris weighed in too, stating he'd heard similar from a good source. He also says: "They'd lean more towards stop doing PC altogether, before they would do day and date." While I've no idea if the rumours are true or not, I have spoken on how recent PlayStation tenpole single player titles have sold poorly on PC and had significantly lower Steam peak player numbers than their predecessors did, despite them selling faster than their predecessors on PlayStation (with lower primary install bases). Steam peak players Spider-Man - 66.5k Spider-Man 2 - 28.1k God of War - 73.5k Ragnarok - 36.6k PlayStation console sales Spider-Man - 13m in 11 months Spider-Man 2 - 11m in 6 months God of War - 10m in 14 months Ragnarok - 11m in less than 3 months Did many PC gamers lose interest, or could it be that more PC gamers who were interested in these PS games, already bought a PS5 in that time? The latter is what numerous PS execs stated was the strategy with staggered PC releases; a trojan horse to get PC gamers to consider a PS5 (even as a secondary system), not just a means to gain extra software sales. There's further data to support it's working. Either way, if PlayStation really is scaling back on PC on the single player stuff, it could be related to the decline in sales on PC, and thus partly a numbers thing. Full link to the discussion. Also of importance is that DetectiveSeeds stated his own sources have told him that they have NOT heard anything to suggest the above rumours are true.

here's what's actually working in SEO in 2026 vs what's getting people cooked: 1. small sites blasting AI content on their own domain are done. the algo update is sharp — you'll see a euphoric jump on ahrefs, your team will be doing high-fives, and one week later you'll never recover. one article a day max. manually edited. don't blast your URL or you don't come back. 2. content quality is fully commoditized. google can't tell good content from bad anymore so it just defaults to ranking the biggest domain. a blog post on a high-DR site with literally just a title in the body will outrank most of the internet. domain authority is the only tiebreaker left. 3. parasite SEO is the cheat code. listicles on publications you have an in with. facebook groups. reddit threads. quora. medium. linkedin posts. anywhere big that lets you publish — write it, index it, send real chrome traffic to it (google reads chrome data as a ranking signal), and it ranks. 4. AI overviews CTR went from 1% to 2.4% on cited pages. sounds like a recovery. it's not. position one used to get 30% clicks. publishers are still cooked. brands and end users win, everyone in between gets eaten. 5. people freaking out about their search console impressions exploding are NGMI. half of that is bots, scrapers, rank trackers, and chatGPT itself doing a search every time it answers a query. it's not real demand. bonus: starbucks launched a "describe your mood, get a drink" feature on chatGPT. peak NGMI. there are 50 better AI use cases for them — push notifications based on purchase history, revenue optimization — anything other than vibes-to-latte. watch/listen here ↓

Remember when Trump said that China "sought to identify US journalists who had reported negatively on the US president and pay them large sums of money to write more negative articles about him"? Natalie Winters tells me she has uncovered the identities of journalists she believes have participated in China's pay-for-play propaganda machine: "There's a sister group to [the Chinese Communist Party’s United Front] called the Committee of 100. It's a little more US-based, but I actually obtained — I just published the story — a leaked document from them. They unintentionally put it up on their website, and it was an internal trip report... where they were talking about five journalists that had gone to China. They were saying it was $60,000 a person that they were covering their expenses, and they were literally itemizing the ARTICLES that they got in return from these people after they came back, even having some of these journalists give them direct commentary and quotes about how these trips 'changed their perspective of China.' They're touring Huawei facilities, they're touring military bases, they're touring sanctioned companies. One trip participant, upon return, she literally published an article: 'China bashing is for losers.' You have another one praising everything that China has done on climate change. One warned that, 'decoupling from China would backfire.' A Washington Post editor literally published a story titled, 'Team Trump should be careful what it wishes for on China.' They said that China doesn't currency manipulate, TPP is great, the scrutiny of Huawei isn't misplaced. This is a direct quote: 'Americans should accept that large-scale manufacturing will never return to the United States.' Back in 2010, they were more focused on shaping how Americans viewed China... Now, it's more about attacking Trump, attacking people who are tough on China, shaping how Americans actually engage with our foremost adversary."

Now, it's more about attacking Trump, attacking people who are tough on China, shaping how Americans actually engage with our foremost adversary."

storytime with kai #2 ⭐️ 🐧 i feel like i’ve told you this before but i have a scar near my chest here 🐧 the reason i got the scar was because…i got hurt really bad when i was a kid and that left a scar 🐧 …just kidding! i do have a scar but i didn’t get it when i was a kid, i got it during ‘run away’ 🐧 it’s actually not a scar, it’s a stretch mark 🐧 as you guys know, in comparison to our debut days, my body suddenly grew starting ‘run away’ 🐧 and because of that, one day when i woke up, i saw that i suddenly got a stretch mark and it actually looked cool so i like this stretch mark 🐧 people usually get stretch marks in strange places but because it was here…i actually didn’t know it was a stretch mark at first, i suddenly got a red scar and it looked as if somebody had scratched me so i was like “did somebody scratch me..?” and it was quite deep so i wondered what it could be and how i found out that it was a stretch mark because my body had grown was…there’s a person in our protocol team who said that he got similar stretch marks 🐧 he said that he used to have a small frame but when he started working out and his body grew bigger, he got stretch marks and i found out what it was through that protocol team member…i found out 2 years after i got it so i was like “that makes sense, i used to have a small frame during our debut and my body suddenly grew during ‘run away’ so that’s why i got the stretch mark, huh?”

$Introducing Immutable Audience: the growth engine for pre-launch Steam games. (btw we didn’t spend $50k on a viral launch agency - so if you think this is cool just share it for free i guess) Game marketing is broken. Every year PC studios spend billions to grow their games, and yet: - they don’t know which channels are actually working - only a fraction of wishlist sources can be tracked - of those people who DO wishlist games, the rate of those who go on to purchase is falling After 8 years building games ourselves, and working with over 700 studios, the need for something new was obvious. So, we built Audience. How it works: 1. Audience pulls in real time data from your players across Steam, social media, ad platforms, influencers and more 2. It stores this marketing data in your player CRM, and uses our Enhanced Attribution to identify the one channel driving 80% of your wishlists 3. Finally, it generates a custom growth audit, reviewing your real time data against winning strategies from hundreds of games to identify the most effective ways to get you wishlists each week During Audience’s beta we’ve already seen incredible results. We helped one game grow by over 300k wishlists in 2 months, and then more than *doubled* the rate of those players who converted into paying customers, compared to relying on Steam alone. For the last few months the team at Immutable has been heads down building. We’re incredibly grateful to our community for your support as we onboard the world. Slowly, then all at once. To celebrate the launch, we’re offering one month of Audience for free to any studio that signs up by commenting on this video. And for the first 100 studios that comment, we’ll create you a custom growth plan for free. Comment “Audience” and we’ll send it through.$

How do you summarise 2 days of greatness? I’ve been thinking about this a lot! 3 weeks ago, on 29th-30th December, 2023 ‘VIBES WITH DR ADAKU LAGOS 2.0’ occurred in Nigeria and it was truly everything and more. A music, technology (web3) and wellbeing festival with a twist! The impact was clear and so rewarding. On day 1 (developers day), we had Aleo coding workshops with 100 software developers. It was a day full of excellence: multiple workshops primarily consisting of technical coding workshops educating devs on building ZK blockchain apps on Aleo which were 'learn and earn'. Alysia 👩‍💻☕ and I put our heart and soul into everything and it was truly so rewarding to be able to do this in Nigeria! The education and engagement didn’t stop after day 1, we’ve been doing troubleshooting, more education, code reviews and connecting everyone to more learn and earn opportunities with projects like puzzle who also did a workshop on the day. Thank you to Aleo / @f3annee for making this a reality, big shoutout to IzzyOAP too, their Nigeria ambassador! Aleo Community | Nigeria We had all sorts of developers from smart contract devs, web2 devs, creators, even musicians who also code! As well as the coding workshops we also had: monetisation workshops led by Victoria Ajayi - Chief Financial Officer at TVC, group therapy led by Lagos based therapist Sandy Brown, meditation led by Good Faith Yoga, free food, drinks, snacks, merch, networking, games and so much more! That was just day 1! On day 2 - the concert/vibe/creator day- we had performances, my full set, body art, health/wellbeing and natural hair panels, games, giveaways and so much more (video coming up next!)
