POLICE WARN AGAINST UNLAWFUL PROTESTS AHEAD OF INAUGURATION By Victoria Kayeye Yambani The Zambia Police Service has issued a strong warning against planned unlawful processions, assemblies and protests across the country, including during Tuesday’s presidential inauguration. Police Inspector General Graphel Musamba says the Service has received credible intelligence that certain groups and individuals are mobilising and inciting members of the public to participate in unlawful protests. He says police are also aware of efforts to mobilise people to protest against the detention of certain suspects currently in police custody. While acknowledging that Article 21 of the Constitution guarantees the right to freedom of assembly and association, Mr Musamba says the right must be exercised within the law and is subject to limitations necessary to maintain public safety and order and protect the rights and freedoms of others. The Police Chief says the Zambia Police Service has a constitutional and statutory responsibility to maintain law and order, protect life and property, and ensure public safety and security. He has warned that anyone who participates in, organises, facilitates or supports unlawful activities will be dealt with firmly in accordance with the law. Members of the public have also been cautioned against being incited into violence, obstructing lawful activities or engaging in any conduct that amounts to a criminal offence. Police have further assured that all persons in custody are being accorded their constitutional and legal rights, while urging the public to remain calm, law-abiding and cooperative with law enforcement agencies during this period. #NewsOnTheGo

U.S. Cracks Down on “Singh Organization.” Why Is Canada Still Looking Away? 11 Singhs were arrested in San Bernardino County, California, accused of operating a sophisticated freight theft and trucking fraud ring that diverted high-value shipments across state lines, costing companies millions. The police branded the criminal ring as the “Singh Organization,” raising questions about whether the repeated appearance of the surname in media reports involving massive narcotics busts, immigration violations, and fatal trucking accidents points to a broader pattern. Could U.S. efforts to combat ethnic-religious gangs like the “Singh Organization” be undermined by Canada? While the U.S. secures prosecutions, deports illegal drivers, and imprisons narcotics traffickers, Canada routinely grants bail to truck drivers charged in fatal crashes and to Singhs caught trafficking massive quantities of narcotics. Could the difference in enforcement between the U.S. and Canada stem from the Khalistani World Sikh Organization’s political and institutional influence over the Canadian government—an influence it does not possess in the United States? After all, the WSO has maintained deep connections within Canada’s political establishment for decades. Many of its past and present affiliates have occupied positions in federal and provincial politics, public service, and even the justice system. Bob Rai, a researcher and former Sikh himself, believes that unless the United States takes over Canada, the “Singh Organization” will continue to flourish and undermine U.S. efforts. He arrived at this conclusion due to his lack of faith in both the Liberal Party and the Conservative Party, as he points out both have WSO affiliates within their ranks. The Conservative Party of Canada, for instance, has Tim Uppal as deputy leader, whose brother was charged twice in drug and firearms busts yet somehow avoided prosecution. Meanwhile, Jasraj Singh Hallan, the party’s finance critic, is a self-admitted former gangster. With the apparent lack of law and order in Canada compared to the U.S., how much narcotics and fentanyl is flowing into the U.S. from Canada through its ethno-religious gangs and political–criminal nexus?

The Canadian Hindu Volunteers (CHV) strongly and unequivocally condemn the dangerous escalation of Khalistani terrorism rhetoric and Hinduphobic incitement witnessed at the Nagar Kirtans held in Malton and Etobicoke this weekend. The chilling demand that 800,000 Canadian Hindus leave the country is not just hate speech, it is a genocidal call for ethnic cleansing that echoes some of the darkest chapters in global history. These events have made it alarmingly clear that certain Gurdwaras and religious processions are being co-opted by violent Khalistani extremists who exploit Canada’s democratic freedoms to glorify terrorism, incite division, and call for violence against Hindus and democratic states like India. This is not religious freedom, it is terrorism cloaked in sanctity. documents the horrifying scale of Khalistani terrorism in India throughout the 1980s and 1990s, bombings of markets, assassination of moderate Sikhs, Hindus, police officers, and public servants. Thousands were killed. Civilians were gunned down on buses and trains. Entire families were wiped out in the name of a violent, theocratic fantasy. This ideology did not stop at India’s borders. Canada has paid dearly. The 1985 Air India bombing, the deadliest act of aviation terror before 9/11, killed 329 innocent civilians, most of them Canadians. This attack was orchestrated by Khalistani terrorists based in Canada, including Talwinder Singh Parmar, whose portrait is now shamefully paraded in public processions and Gurdwaras, glorified as a martyr. Journalists and political leaders who stood against Khalistani terrorism have been silenced with bullets or threats: •Tara Singh Hayer, a courageous journalist, was assassinated in 1998 after receiving death threats for exposing Khalistani plots. •Ujjal Dosanjh, the former B.C. Premier, was brutally attacked for opposing extremism and defending Canada’s democratic values. •Balraj Deol, Jagdish Grewal, and Deepak Punj have been targeted with threats and intimidation campaigns simply for speaking out against radicalism. •Sikh moderates, police officers, and Hindu shopkeepers in Punjab and Canada alike have faced physical violence, economic boycotts, and harassment from Khalistani terror sympathizers. These are not the actions of “activists.” These are the tactics of radicalized ideologues, many of whom have exploited Canada’s asylum and immigration systems, presenting false claims of persecution to enter the country and build networks that fund, promote, and glorify violence. The calls to expel Hindus are not isolated incidents. They represent a coordinated campaign to push Hinduphobia, terrorism, and anti-India propaganda from the podiums of religious processions under the false flag of “freedom of speech.” If any other group in Canada had called for the mass expulsion of an ethnic or religious community, there would be immediate arrests and investigations. Why the silence now? We urge CSIS Canada RCMP Peel Regional Police Toronto Police Public Safety Canada •Law enforcement to investigate all those responsible for today’s hate-filled processions and bring the perpetrators to justice. •Elected officials at every level to denounce Hinduphobia and Khalistani terrorism unequivocally, without vote-bank politics. •Immigration authorities to re-examine and tighten processes to prevent those affiliated with extremist organizations from abusing Canadian hospitality. •All Gurdwaras and religious institutions to reaffirm their commitment to peace and not allow their premises to be misused for terror glorification. •Canadians of all backgrounds to stand united against any ideology that calls for genocide, violence, or division Let us be clear: This is not a conflict between Sikhs and Hindus. Millions of Sikhs and Hindus live side by side in Canada and across the world in peace, brotherhood, and mutual respect. Khalistani terrorism seeks to destroy that harmony. #Khalistan

LAW ENFORCEMENT COMPARISON 📌Foreign Diplomat Visit In Edmonton, Canada, Khalistan protesters had multiple altercations with police as an Indian diplomat made his entrance into a hotel where he was scheduled to speak. In contrast, in the U.S., Nassau County Police in New York did not allow the same group to protest near the event. They restricted the protest to a designated "free speech zone" far from the entrance of the property where the Indian PM was scheduled to speak, arresting one individual in the process. 📌Confiscation of "Weapons" In Calgary, Canada, the group was permitted to display swords and spears during protests. Meanwhile, in the U.S., Nassau County Police confiscated even wooden flagpoles. Earlier this year in Sacramento, where the Khalistan "referendum" was held, signs warned that "unauthorized" swords and knives were prohibited, with violators facing prosecution. 📌Public Relations In Calgary, Canada, the RCMP and local police participated in a "Nagar Kirtan" parade, where the same group marched with floats glorifying Babbar Khalsa terrorists, including Talwinder Singh Parmar, the co-conspirator of Canada’s deadliest terror attack, while setting up recruitment tents. Conversely, in the U.S., Nassau County Police were seen collecting some of the group's propaganda and relocating it to a designated zone. 📌Protecting Journalists In Edmonton, Canada, I was assaulted while attempting to capture exclusive footage of Khalistan protesters clashing with police. I was subsequently labeled an Indian agent by the group and received numerous death threats. In contrast, in the U.S., police provided on-the-spot escorts for reporters, walking with them at all times with heightened caution when approaching the group. This stark difference in police enforcement has caught my attention. I believe it is a testament to how deeply Canadian politics are influenced by the World Sikh Organization. If such influence were not in place, this group might be treated like any other, with appropriate caution and distance. Media Bezirgan for more.
