On Christmas eve around 8pm, just as Harrison Nyamu and his family were preparing for their Christmas celebrations, in the dark of the night their home was raided by armed and masked men believed to be police officers. We end the week on a heartbreaking note. You will remember little RPD Stanley from HMPPS Operational Dogs and HMP Wormwood Scrubs. Stanley has not been well for a while now, and we have been supporting him for the last few months, knowing it would give him more time with his devoted Dad and handler Chris, and his partner Karen. They had a lovely Christmas, but Stan has deteriorated over the last week and yesterday, after a day of no yucky meds, and whatever he wanted to eat, he slipped quietly over rainbow bridge at home - surrounded by familiar smells, love, and cuddles. We’ve got to know Chris and Karen so well and our hearts go out to them both. It’s the worst decision to make, all dog owners know that - but they had to do what was best for him. It would have been Stanley’s 11th birthday today. They decided to let him go yesterday, as Karen said, today may have been his earthly birthday, but instead it’s his Birth Day into his new life, and we rather like that thought. Stan served for 9 and a half years - his finds were legendary. Two particularly memorable discoveries: After a search of one cell under suspicion - with nothing found - Stan kept ‘knocking’ on the next door, and Chris suggested they put him in. He popped onto the top bunk, and immediately put his paws on the wall and stared at the light. When they removed the light fitting, contraband ‘ literally rained down’ on them all.. A huge find. Another search, and Stan was ‘knocking’ round the base of the loo. They looked under at the floor - nothing. But Stan was insistent. He was right, the loo bowl had a false bottom, and there it all was. He always found what he was looking for, and it was only due to ill-health he retired. He was brilliant at his job. Sadly, a long retirement was not meant to be, but what an epic life he led - and what a character he was. Happy Birth Day over rainbow bridge little Stan - you will be missed so much. Sleep well, and thank you for your loyal service. 💜🐾🐾💜

I had the dubious honor of running against Ruben Gallego — a true scumbag. I don’t say that lightly. Most candidates have a few skeletons. Gallego’s opposition file was a massive three-ring binder so heavy I couldn’t lift it. • He committed mortgage fraud on federal forms, using a veterans’ first-time homebuyer program to buy a million-dollar second home in D.C. • He changed his name to hide that his father was a convicted felon and Mexican cartel drug trafficker. • His own Democratic colleagues called him “the Troll” for creepily harassing women. • A 20-year-old Phoenix City Hall staffer filed a harassment complaint against him — then he got her fired. • He served his pregnant wife with divorce papers days before she gave birth, then tried to force her to pay his legal fees. And the cherry on top: his bromance with Eric Swalwell. The two jetted off on an $80,000+ Qatari-government-funded trip during COVID lockdowns, posing topless on camels while the rest of us were locked down and our kids were masked. They were inseparable. That’s why Ruben’s sudden attempts to separate himself from Swalwell look completely phony.

Recently, the football world received some devastating news. Chris Johnson — the man we all know as CJ2K — has been diagnosed with ALS. Before we dive into that, let’s retrace our steps a little bit. In March of 2015, a vehicle occupied by Chris Johnson stopped at a red light. A 2nd vehicle rolled up beside them and opened fire, filling Chris's vehicle with holes. The driver was killed in the shooting, while Chris was hit in the arm. But the shot was more serious than a typical flesh wound. There was severe nerve damage. It was so bad that Chris thought his career might be over. “I was contemplating retirement,” he said. “Knowing if I can't use this hand, I can’t play football no more. “So much pain. My hand was so f----d up. I couldn’t touch nothing. I couldn’t use nothing.” Chris eventually regained use of his hand and rushed for 814 yards in just 11 games. He’d play a few more seasons after this, and then he'd retire after a total of 10 seasons in the NFL. During that time, he made an All-Pro, 3 Pro Bowls, and led the NFL in rushing yards with his legendary 2000-yard season. He broke and still holds the yards-from-scrimmage record, and he also had 500 rec yards that year. In retirement Chris was enjoying his family, his kids, and his wife. He told Chris that he and his wife should get their affairs in order. ALS is a degenerative neurological disorder that shuts your body down piece by piece, eventually leading to complete paralysis, and as of now no cure has been found. In a cruel twist of fate, the fastest running back to ever play the position has developed one of the fastest-moving cases of ALS, as it typically takes 2-5 years to spread, but has left Chris almost completely paralyzed just one year after he noticed his first symptom. "It's continued to progress much faster than I ever imagined. I want people to understand just how quickly ALS can attack your body," he said. "Just over a year ago, I was picking up my 7-year-old daughter so she'd make a wish with her birthday cake. Today, I couldn't do that." Yesterday my father Ned Lang (#1 dad in the world!) drove 6 hours from Upstate NY to the Washington DC Jail Gulag - and was almost DENIED ENTRY!! Every Wednesday my dedicated Dad drives down from our hometown in Narrowsburg NY, and we meet for an hour & pray. Its the highlight of my week. When I have to leave the visiting room and watch him walk away into freedom, I am completely destroyed. I always feel so safe around my big, strong loving father. He's been my rock throughout this struggle. God has blessed me with a tenacious fighter of a father. The horribly mismanaged facility almost didn't him inside, and my lawyer had to call the General Consul of the DC Jail, who told actually him "Just make sure Mr. Lang doesn't post on his Twitter, we can't handle anymore bad publicity right now" !! These tyrants who have tortured us and our families for 4 Christmas' actually want us to stay silent and do them a favor!! After my dad finally got inside to visit, Gods grace was shown: wonder working & mighty!! I went back up to my unit C2a and BAPTIZED 3 MEN into the body Christ!!! Including my J6 brother Joshua Dale who is at court right now, being sentenced. I pray he doesn't come back to my cell tonight and returns home to his wife and children in Tennessee. There are 25 January 6 Political Prisoners left with me inside the DC Jail Gulag and another 200 of us spread throughout the Federal Prison system across America - including 50 in halfway houses!! All of us will be missing our FOURTH Christmas away from our loved ones. He also converts vans into high quality campervans. Seeing my posts on X, he stepped up with an offer we couldn't refuse - a property ready for Carl. Today, we visited the flat together, and I am overjoyed to announce that Carl now has the keys to his new home.
