i don't think it's a kite. Look at the winds. It's moving both with, and against them. And there is no point of control showing, no downward pulling central point against which the winds are pulling as a string resists. You could see it as a kite that had broken its string if it kept fluttering down to the ground. And being there multiple days...as a kite flyer, winds don't support that idea in most places. Very few really consistent wind patterns these days.

Just an observation but there was A LOT of chemtrail spraying EVERYWHERE in world and reported all over United States during the 2 weeks leading up to these fires (it was awful in Florida) - I don’t suppose weather ‘helped’ fan the flames?
