The armywith only 66,600 personnel? I'd be more inclined( far fetched as it may sound).. to think that the invaders r being imported to eventually police us as they implement more two tier and full blown socialism . IMHO

They can plan all they like, but if it properly kicks off there isn't a damn thing they can do to control us, unless they plan on using live ammunition on civilians. That usually leads to worse disorder.

I think they are going to be a bit stretched. The total strength of the UK Armed Forces is 182,050 personnel.
The authorities won't cope in real life. Their table top exercises may say so but you can rig the rules to make it appear that way.
