This teenage daughter has only had her license for 4 days! Her mom said she is so proud of how she handled the situation.🤯 Mom said “She had the green light. The man driving the emergency locksmith van turned on a blinking yellow!” She was definitely not at fault from a legal standpoint. However, she needs more experience. You could see what that van was going to do a mile away. 99% of driving is avoiding bad drivers. To me she looked like she had time to try and stop. Glad she is okay. That’s first and foremost.
