I think culturally on our side of the world, we dont celebrate and highlight hardwork enough. Often times we demonise people grinding till the rewards show. Maybe a hardwork challenge will kickoff loool.

I think you misused a word. "Oloriburuku" doesn't seem to fit the same context the other words were used in - barawo e.t.c means thief. The former however means something more serious, it's like a curse and might water down the essence of your message.
