Loose leaf tea, not the tea in the bags, is also astringent. What he's talking about are tannins. Eat things with tannins and loose leaf tea has a good amount of them.

I never thought to do the eucalyptus leaves on the shower head. Definitely will experiment with that. I’m still figuring the natural herbs out.

I drink green tea that has ginger and probiotics along with lemon juice, honey and cayenne pepper. Clears majority of my congestion within a few sips.

I use the eucalyptus leaves in the shower I also add a couple of drops of eucalyptus oil to the leaves works great
