This video here is one of the major problem couples are having abroad. Wife and hubby are spliiting bills 50:50, wife works long hours, hubby works long hours and both cant support each other with domestic things. I work long hours and i cannot even begin to explain how exhausting it can be. Please learn to support your spouses in any way you can. Its not easy. Those succeeding in their marriages are making conscious efforts and sacrifices. Marriage is a team work. Dont leave every thing for one person to do be it your hubby or your wife.. support each other please.

Everybody tries to fix their direction by training and feeling their bat path. Makes sense. The barrel and hands the part you can feel the most. But your path is mostly just following where your body already sent the energy. Posture leaks a little, the energy comes away from the ball, and the barrel goes right along with it. So when you’re pulling off, it usually started before your swing even starts. It started with your posture and where your body was working. Hands, path, posture, energy. They all work together. Clean up the stride, body energy and posture and the barrel falls in line on its own. Typically. The drill in the video is how you train that. Volume up so you catch the cue.

I found a $1,500,000 McLaren Senna at the salvage yard and it actually looks...OK? I'm sure there is more under the skin that needs fixing, but from where I'm standing, it could be a great way to get into the hypercar game. I bet me and Mat Armstrong could knock this out in 3 hours and about $900,000 in overnight parts from McLaren. :)

2026 OSU Cowgirl Softball signee Kinleigh Russell made the trip from Kentucky to get three days of work in. We logged about seven hours total, hitting and catching, and Kinleigh can flat out work. She never showed signs of fatigue during the long sessions and did a great job making adjustments throughout. We focused on getting her into a taller posture at launch. With her natural uppercut swing, she would occasionally dive toward the plate and lose space on pitches middle to top of the zone. She sent me a video about a week after heading back home, and it already looks much better, which tells me she’s been putting in the work.
