I love this teaching time with UCLA Women's Basketball . This is a warm-up footwork/shooting pocket drill that we did with Gabs & CLW this week. They start when they hear the ball bounce. Working on locating the ball, getting their feet/balance under the ball, & getting to shooting pocket from awkward places (like bad passes in a game). But with these two I’m working on next play speed (the mental toughness to go to the next play) and fitness. This is just a 3part drill working on multiple skills and shots, out of actions we do. I also allow input from them. #GrowOurGame #EarnWhatYouWant

🐻 we're so happy to be back a to you this way and also like this to be back doing it with lay hyung too we're even happier 🫂 🦄 First of all, I feel so happy, and to film our MV together after such a long time Just overcoming all the things we've been through and just coming all the way here. We've worked hard. thank you so much to our managers too. We really got better. 🍒 It's been so long since we filmed an MV together like this so it was so fun, and especially, now since KAI wasn't there with us for 'Cream Soda' so we haven't danced together in a while. Skill Development: This a shot preparation drill I did with Charlisse LW & Gabs . There are 3 spots (slot to slot & wing to corner). They have to get 2, 3/5 makes in all three spots. The passer yells “now” and that is when they know to turn, locate, and get their feet set. This is the first time they did this. They keep getting better and better. #GrowOurGame #EarnWhatYouWant #GrowthMindset
