I had an Egyptian coach overseas that trained this way, makes you figure stuff out and correct yourself on the fly whilst tired. These are the best type of reps imo because what they bring out of you as an athlete.

3-on-3 LAKER CUT DRILLS (Post feed from a wingspot, then cut baseline to the opposite corner or cut through the middle to opposite “Dunker’s Spot”). 👍 Not being taught extensively. Master the post feed 1st.
