@DarshanShahMD I could teach you how to sleep properly so you benifit mentally and physically. Fact!.ex epileptic. Grand Mal seizures and fitting in my sleep. Worked it out.dont suffer from epilepsy no more and I sleep properly now.never told anyone how I worked it out.
