This technique is called scree running, commonly used by mountaineers and hikers to descend steep mountain slopes covered in loose rock fragments. Instead of walking down step-by-step which is exhausting and hard on the knees, climbers lean back slightly, keep their weight on their heels, and take long, sliding strides. The loose rocks shift and roll beneath their boots, allowing them to rapidly "ski" down the slope in a controlled slide.

Creating lag in the golf swing is much easier with this drill. This drill encourages weight transfer and lag. Give it a go. #golf #golfswing #golfpro #golftips #golfcoach

The Loom design team has been firing on all cylinders. They are going back to their roots of what made it a beloved product to begin with while making it more powerful. I love Cody Cai’s approach of making power approachable; doesn’t have to be complex.

Catch of the Day- By the Numbers The first 5-star catch of the season for the reigning champ, Pete Crow-Armstrong! PCA did what he does best, making a 5% probability play look much easier than it was. 69 feet in 3.9 seconds with a smooth sliding grab.

A tiger can leap up to 9 meters (30 feet) in a single bound. Their powerful hind legs give them the strength to launch through the air, whether they’re chasing prey or moving across their territory

A Chihuahua, struggling to stay upright on its hind legs, slowly approaches the child, who will then never leave it alone at the shelter again.

multi-turn RL and the "tito" problem keeps coming up. we've been working on it for a while, and the takeaway is that it's much easier than people are making it. it takes 1 implementation rule, and 1 chat-template property that all models already comply with. **that's all you need to do it right**

I’ve been writing & recording so much working on my album but while making it, I’ve made a collection of songs that fit together in their own world… 💚🍀

The degenerate stuff I'll do to those legs... Just lie down on a comfy bed and have the two sluts massage your body by sliding and grinding on every inch of your skin, no need massage oil just their sweaty bods after PE

Fun fact: Undefeated Warrior: Looking docile, but a giant anteater can rear up on its hind legs, balance with its tail, and slash with claws powerful enough to take down a jaguar or puma! 😲💪

After the heavy rains, these wild elephants turned a muddy hillside into their own giant slip ’n slide! 🐘💦 Watch the whole herd sliding down with pure joy — trunks flying, ears flapping, and big smiles all around. Nature’s playground at its finest! Who else wants to join the fun? 😂🌧️

I have a tendency when lifting to keep adding weight without paying much attention. I don’t use this machine often. Set done. I calculated the weight and thought, “320? That can’t be right.” Then I checked the plate on the machine: starting weight 118 lb (53 kg). That would make it 438 lb total. This machine must be easier to push. What do you guys think? 🤔
