He says it’s “not a conversation that would be had” with the family, even though William has talked openly and publicly about being in therapy and the importance of it. In this video, I speak to an illegal from Morocco who is getting cash, free healthcare, and more while Spain's young people continue to not be able to afford homes. I ask him if I could enter Morocco illegally and he said "no." Every illegal migrant I spoke to said they would vote for Sanchez until their death. This was about voting and if you watch the documentary, no other argument can be based in logic. This documentary is featuring Ada Lluch and members of VOX 🇪🇸.

Hello everyone who follows Ukraine and wants to help. I am currently fundraising for a non-lethal aid in form of excavators and engineering equipment for Ukraine. (Donation link in the end) The fundraiser has stalled 100/120k goal, with only 20k left to collect so I would like to add a small video and explain the importance. Please watch the video to understand in which conditions these machines work, and how thick vegetation is, and that no other machine can work in such conditions. It’s literally working inside the bush under the tree without breaking the branches. Fortifications that these machines built are not those huge centralized bunkers for battalions. The size of the position is usually for a 5-20 men. While this seems small and insignificant, a good concealed position with dedicated and determined personnel can be an impenetrable fortress for the enemy. Our excavators are designed to build exactly that, their ability to work in a tight concealed areas without breaking the cover of leaves have proven to be decisive in building fortifications. What’s funny is that initially most of the engineers and commanders are skeptical of these machines, because they aren’t popular and unfamiliar in Ukraine. It takes time, first two weeks after getting the equipment they learn on practice how to apply machine capabilities, after a month they start calling and praising it saying they never expected such productivity and ability to work in tight spots. A month later all neighbors of that unit start calling and asking for similar machines. I know this isn’t a sexy drone, but this is a non lethal boring machine that saves lives. While it’s hard for me to quantify the impact, it’s no rare for me to receive a message from someone saying that they were recently under heavy artillery and drone attack but they felt safe because the enemy didn’t know their exact position and their bunker is deep enough to withstand direct hits. I think that this is a low hanging fruit of the life saving for Ukrainian defenders. Donation link:

A monumental moment in medical history: the first gene therapy for genetic hearing loss is now FDA approved. As a former Regeneron scientist, I feel very proud. I had the opportunity to hear about this programme while it was still in development. It’s one of the few programmes that, every time you came across it, you felt the medical breakthrough in your bones and privileged just to be there while it was happening. At this moment, it’s important that we look 30 years back when researchers mapped a locus on chromosome 2 to congenital deafness in a Lebanese family ( They named it DFNB6 (later DFNB9) with no clue about the responsible gene. Three years later, the causal gene came to light: OTOF, encoding a protein called otoferlin ( Seven years after that, in 2006, pioneering work by Christine Petit revealed that otoferlin is a calcium sensor in the inner hair cell membrane, acting as a molecular trigger that converts sound into electric signals that the brain can read ( Twenty years fast forward, we now have a successful treatment. Thirty years from discovery to medicine. OTOF-related deafness is congenital, caused by complete deficiency of otoferlin. In these children, the cochlea is structurally intact, hair cells are there, the mechanics of sound transmission work. It’s just that final step, where hair cells hand off the signal to the auditory nerve through neurotransmitter release, that doesn’t happen. Sound arrives and dies at the synapse. It’s deafness due to a defect in the synapse caused by the absence of a single protein, which is what made this a beautiful, clean target for gene therapy. The treatment itself is a feat of molecular engineering. OTOF is too large to fit in a single AAV capsid. The team solved this elegantly by delivering the gene in two halves separately, which then get spliced to produce the full functional protein. A single surgical injection into the cochlea, a molecular miracle unfolds. Results from the CHORD trial were striking: of 20 evaluable patients, including children as young as 10 months, 80% showed meaningful hearing improvement, and by 48 weeks, 42% had achieved normal hearing including the ability to hear whispers. Otarmeni is not only the first gene therapy for deafness, it’s also the first dual-AAV therapy to be approved by the FDA. There are very few things in medicine that come close to giving back a sense like vision, hearing, or touch that a human never had from birth. It’s almost God’s work. A parent witnessing their child who was born deaf hearing their voice for the first time, it’s a joy that no words can describe. Multiply that by the fact that it came from a single injection, a repaired gene, and 30 years of science. We are truly in the golden era of medicine. What on earth have I just listened to? 🤦‍♂️ BBC Breakfast actually took Yvette Cooper to task this morning over the government’s plan for nearly 200 walk-in mental health centres and dedicated mental health A&Es by 2029, in banks, libraries and hospitals… but with no extra staff. Her response perfectly sums up this clueless Labour government. BBC: “So you’d understand then that people might question how much progress could be made given there’ll be no extra recruitment even though there are going to be so many more facilities. That doesn’t seem to make sense?” Cooper: “Getting people to work differently means you can work better.” What?? What does that even mean? It’s a completely meaningless statement. No wonder people are cracking up listening to this lot every day. She also said mental health funding is rising to an astonishing £16 billion this year, yet we seem to have more mental health problems than ever. So what on earth is going on? Time for a rethink!

aigoo….. my two busy busy idols….. 👤 have you been going for massages recently? because i asked him, and he said every time you go for a massage, he goes for gua sha. is that true? 🎻 yes. because we go to the same place for chiropractic treatment and massage, but our schedules are different, so i go at different times. but the teacher there said ‘aiya.. he might have come earlier this morning or maybe yesterday’ 👤 wah, you two are so busy now that you can’t even see each other 🎻 we did make plans, but we haven't seen each other in about a week. like ‘how about monday?’ ‘okay okay’, then monday comes.. ‘ah i suddenly have a meeting’ or something like that, so we don’t end up meeting. ‘thursday works!’ then thursday also doesn’t work. it just keeps getting delayed again and again. 👤 oh then just hang in there for one more week of promotions, then you can see each other! 🎻 next week….. is my concert….😭😭😭 🔗 ✅ authorized repost

I’ve watched Pluto the Series over and over again, and honestly, it’s one of the best dramas I’ve ever seen. It’s not just a GL series - Pluto also portrays many different aspects of life with strong social messages. After finishing Pluto, I haven’t found another drama that could surpass it. For me, up until now, no series has been able to top Pluto. Pluto will always stay in my heart - from the script, the settings, the hardworking staff, Snap25’s excellence, to the amazing cast. As for Namtan, playing twin sisters with two completely different personalities is truly not easy. One, Aioon - strong and caring for others more than herself. The other, Oboom - fragile, struggling with psychological trauma and needing treatment. Namtan portrayed both so vividly. While watching, you’d really feel like you’re seeing not just Namtan, but also her “twin” version. With such a talented actress, I sincerely hope she wins this award.
