i use that word far too often. I'm quitting all pronouns altogether now. It's difficult.

Such a simple but effective way to enable students rather than shutting them down since we are all affected by what we view as criticism. Thank you Howie

Interesting point! but focusing only on the positive and ignoring the negative might have an opposite effect. For example: Students will take the award of positive outcomes but won't take(or hesitate) the responsibility of negative ones. What are your thoughts on this?
