i use that word far too often. I'm quitting all pronouns altogether now. It's difficult.

Interesting point! but focusing only on the positive and ignoring the negative might have an opposite effect. For example: Students will take the award of positive outcomes but won't take(or hesitate) the responsibility of negative ones. What are your thoughts on this?
