We will provide tutorials and #3Dprinting files so folks can build their modules and install AI models such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, Qwen2.5 72B, etc. This way, owners can tweak their Smart Doll’s voice, accent, and personality to reflect their creativity, ideals, and identity. With the advancement of open-source offline LLMs, local processing ensures your Smart Doll can safeguard the secrets you share—keeping them safe from Skynet. Our Battle Angel Alita cosplay will be on display from tomorrow this weekend at London Comic Con Winter at Olympia, November 16-17. I’ve set her all up to run on an ESP32 microprocessor powering an OLED display that shows the #smartdoll protocol boot sequence. The setup also includes pulsating lights that bring the cyber shell to life. For the past 10 years, whenever folks asked, “What’s so ‘smart’ about Smart Doll?” I’d share the story of how it all started as an April Fools’ joke that went viral. Back then, “Smart Doll” was imagined as a doll that could do your homework and even had built-in flamethrowers. The name stuck—almost as if it chose us—and it became an ongoing challenge to address, given the lack of any “smart” functionality. It’s a question I’ve been inspired to tackle in new ways ever since. ;-) But times have changed. Now, when people ask the same question, I simply reply, “What do you want them to do?” Until now, folks have used the Smart Doll platform to express creativity through our diverse collection of body shapes and skin tones. I’ve saved this clip from 2024. Maybe you’re a parent that needs to hear it now and maybe you’re a parent that needs to bookmark it for later to come back to. Either way if you have watched your child sacrifice the norms to not be of the norm and watched them fall short you can relate. For those that aren’t at this level yet- remember every match/game/point is big to them in moment and I think we minimize that thinking we are helping them when in reality we are protecting our own self from the hurt we feel when our child is hurting. Struggle and failure are life’s biggest teaching tools. They are also some of the most painful to go through, but more so to watch someone you love go through. I hope this helps some parents- now or in the future or even those parents of kids at the younger ages. Hopefully you focus on building healthy relationships with your kids over their win loss record. Hopefully you are praising them not only in their successes, but also in their failures of trying so they continue to just that- try.

I taught my Primary 2 students magnetic fields, and how they help us determine magnetic north and bearings using a compass. At the later half of the class, the students did a small experiment that used a magnet and compass to test what we learned. This is what Nigeria can take away from this: 1. LANGUAGE: Using Chinese to explain magnetic fields was so easy for them to understand, and took less than 4 mins. They never have to worry about understanding the grammar or remembering new vocabulary if another language was used. Language skill is not for everyone, just like technical and creative skills. While you or your son can learn a new language fast, others might be more technically inclined. Nigeria should use native languages to teach primary school children right from the first day in school. With many native languages, autonomous regions with different official languages will be ideal, with an option for international classes which are more English focused. 2. CURRICULUM: Unless we are really oblivious, there is no way a Nigerian primary 6 student can compete with my primary 2 students. These are kids that first came to our school so tiny and sometimes crying, many of them don’t even know how to write their names. A Nigerian taught them most of what they know today in less than 2 years, and because we have a curriculum that is modern, targets what the students really need to know, and its always modified to reflect their realities, they have acquired so much knowledge about how the world around them works like electricity, engines, space, aerodynamics, mechanics and environmental protection in a short time. What they are learning is directly linked to where their economy is headed, so by the time they are in university, they can easily understand advanced practical and theoretical knowledge and be useful to their economic development after graduation. Our curriculums in Nigeria are old and mostly useless to the growth of our economy, so let’s do the needful. Don’t wait for miracles to change them for you. We must demand this change. 3. GROUP WORK: Students are encouraged to work in groups, divide tasks and roles and they mentored to understand their strengths and challenges and resolve conflicts. They learn to work with others who are different from them, giving them a diverse perspective and mindset about working together. Nigeria cannot succeed without all of us uniting and learning to work with each other, irrespective of tribe, religion, region and family background. When we win as individuals, we will still be surrounded by helpless people, but when we win as a society, everyone develops. 4. TEACHERS: Here in China, we are always happy and encouraged to learn new things and ways to teach our students. We are free from worrying about food, shelter and pocket money. We are paid more than enough, so we have enough time and mental space to throughly research information and knowledge, and also design useful and interesting lessons for our students. Nigerian teachers should be paid a minimum of 800k to 1 million Naira per month. Primary school teachers lay down the crucial foundations for our economic growth, development and future. It is one of the most important professions in the country and the compensation and benefits MUST be more than senators and representatives. Liking, commenting and retweeting are nice because they help spread the message, however what’s more important is us uniting as Nigerians with our common interest to ensure that our needs are addressed.

People with secure attachment have 3 core traits: 1. The ability to not take things personally: this gives them space to understand people close to them aren’t attacking them. It also makes it so they can get to self reflection. 2. The ability to self reflect: this is actually more rare than people realize. Those with secure attachment can self reflect. They can ask “is there truth here?” “Is this valid?” If it is, they face it and begin to integrate. Integration is why people with secure attachment patterns tend to grow and evolve more than those with insecure patterns. 3. The ability to be accountable for their impact: if they self reflect and see that someone has a point, they can be accountable. Instead of deflecting or being defensive they can say “I see where you’re coming from” and “I’m sorry and want to do better.” They create a space to have conversations which is why people in their lives feel safe and heard. All of us can practice these traits. It’s about hearing things in new ways and responding in new ways. You’ll see how differently people engage with us when we’re not trying to defend our self image or deny their reality.

📌 Women have lost their way in politics. They believe that they can make change by voting, knocking on doors, and making donations. But that's not how it's done. Their true power has not been realized yet and way too many are running from the real task. What is the real task? Raising the babies. Feminism has led women away from their natural roles. They have led them away from marriage and family. Their goals are the opposite of what they are designed for. Women are chasing careers exhaustively and wondering why they feel unsatisfied and unfulfilled. Fulfillment comes from family. It's the only thing that can make you feel full. Women have not yet realized their full potential or power. Mostly because they are impatient and want everything NOW. But powerful nations are built across generations so the mindset needs to be long-term. The politics women want need to be instilled in the children. As the children grow, they will pollinate society with their culture and politics. The way they act, breathe, and think will naturally spread to others. Those with weak politics will be influenced by your strong-minded children. But you have abandoned your post, and now your children are being conditioned by the wrong kind of politics. The nefarious politics from their peers sheds all over them. The poor culture leeches and possesses your children. Then you wake up one day and wonder why your children are unrecognizable. Society's planners have long understood that you control a nation by molding the minds of the youth. They have used media and education to turn your kids into enemies of your politics and culture. But none of that would be possible unless women abandoned their posts. Mothers think that because their children have food, water, and shelter, the job is done. They want to do the bare minimum and call it raising a child. But what we are dealing with is the outsourcing of parenthood. You have given the state control of your children. You have said, "I don't want to be bothered with raising my children." Until this attitude changes, and mothers see their importance and true power, politics in this country will always lead us away from God.

SimCity 2000 is often cited as the most beloved game in the franchise. It has its own distinct and beautiful pixel style. There’s no need to improve what is already perfect. I don’t need DLSS 5, and frankly I don’t understand the hype. I want games to stay in their original form, exactly as the people who designed them meant them to look. I don’t understand this constant need for faster, better, and more. How about slower, good enough, and less? You can also optimize things to death... (take modern customer support strategies, for example). Games are supposed to look and feel like games. They should leave the mind in a mode of interpretation and creativity. If everything starts to look hyper-realistic and lifelike, what remains to be imagined? To me, many games are a piece of art (and yes, you can disagree, that's ok). So, as such, I want them to remain in their original state, as a testament of the time and the emotions associated with them. You can call me old-fashioned, I can live with that.
