Amen my friend! Also people that don’t live in California don’t realize that many people rent rooms. A lot of these houses aren’t theirs they just rent a room. It’s going to be crazy! Rent and home prices are already sky high everywhere in LA and SoCal. The people that have lost everything and move somewhere temporarily until their homes get rebuilt. California already has a housing crisis but now it’s going to be worse! Prices for rent are going to skyrocket everywhere in the surrounding areas. Wow just wow.

Our view is not skewed. Yes there are plenty of poor people and homeless people on LA, but if you own a home, regardless of the size, in LA, you are wealthy. Equity is wealth. A small lot in LA is worth millions. So passed down 4 generations or not, you’re richer than most people. If u chose to sell ur shack and move anywhere else you’d be able to afford whatever u want.
