The @WVSheriffs needs to be ashamed of themselves. I hope someone helps this guy sue the sh*t out of Corporal J.D Ellison. It’s bad enough when cops feel the need to act like literal road pirates, but you don’t get to make up laws to arrest people for smiling. @WVGovernor

Why are some cops such assholes? Bad look for the ones out there trying to put the real criminals, gang members, drug dealers behind bars. Fuck this guy.

Flashing lights to warn of police presence is 1A protected speech. Police doing traffic enforcement is ostensibly for "safety" by getting motorists to slow down, same goal as the driver. But LE get butt hurt because it lowers their stats, and revenue!

There’s already a First Amendment case settled on this very issue. The cop needs retraining.
