A continued explanation of players getting legacy gems for future purchases and such

It’s definitely not ideal, but putting a face and bigger reason to it helps, at least they’re compensating what they can to players and Smite 1 will always be an option Thanks to Smite's executive producer, Alex Cantatore for the answer

If any game devs wanna have conversations like this about your game hit my line!

CS2 gets a lot of hate (a lot of it rightfully so) but major props to the @CounterStrike devs for figuring a way to port the skins over

@CounterStrike Agreed but I think CS is in a very different situation where skins have real life value and not porting could have ended their game

You don't own your skins in these games, you're only renting them. It even says in the terms of service.

So instead of taking the time to work on it just rob your fanbase

Overwatch 2 and CSGO did this right, imagine losing hundreds of skins forever :/

Give people currency credit for their skins then. Also why are you spread Eagle my guy 😅

Yeah bro, for sure, for sure. Let's not kid ourselves, it does not take that long to port already existing skins to the new game -- at least some of them. If it takes you 8 weeks to port an already existing model, it's time to hire new artists.
