Alexa Lavoie speaks out after exposing potential Antifa cell in Defence Department Rebel News has identified the individual who allegedly threw a smoke bomb on stage during Sean Feucht's Christian worship service in Montreal as an employee of the Department of National Defence. Rebel News reporter Alexa Lavoie discussed her recent reporting exposing a possible Antifa cell within Canada's Department of National Defence. Alexa has uncovered that the individual who threw a smoke bomb into a Montreal church during Sean Feucht's prayer service in July is allegedly an employee at the Department of National Defence named Gabriel Lepage. When Alexa went to question Lepage about his possible role in the smoke bombing incident, multiple masked and violent individuals resembling Antifa militants soon appeared and accosted Alexa. One of the thugs even physically attacked the Rebel News reporter. Ezra explained how it has essentially been up to Rebel News to investigate the suspected identity of the smoke bomber in Montreal. "Even now, the police have not named him, even now as far as we know the police have not arrested him," he said. "It's almost like he's being protected, because he certainly as far as we know has not been fired or suspended from his job," Ezra continued. Alexa discussed additional information she received from her source following the confrontation with Lepage and his purported acquaintances. "According to my source, after my interaction with Gabriel Lepage, the employees were met with their supervisor. Apparently their supervisor was really, really mad, and they said, 'do not leak any information to the media,'" she said. The alleged smoke bomber, Gabriel Lepage, refused to comment on the incident when questioned by Alexa on the street.

Montreal church wins key court round in fight over Sean Feucht worship event fine In a significant preliminary victory for religious freedom and freedom of expression, the Quebec Superior Court has rejected the City of Montreal’s motion to dismiss a judicial review application brought by the Church Ministerial Restoration. The church, which hosted American Christian worship leader Sean Feucht last summer, was fined $2,500 by municipal authorities who classified the event as an unpermitted concert violating zoning bylaws. Mark Joseph, a lawyer representing the church through The Democracy Fund (TDF), explained the stakes plainly. “We, TDF, believe this is a civil liberties violation, obviously, because people across Canada have the right to free speech and freedom of worship,” Joseph said. “Just because people are singing in a church or a mosque or synagogue… doesn’t mean that the government can step in and forbid that on the pretext that there’s a zoning bylaw that says you can’t.” The case stems from intense backlash to Feucht’s appearance. Far-left protesters targeted the church, with one individual — later identified as Department of National Defence employee Gabriel Lepage — allegedly throwing smoke bombs inside during the service. No charges have been laid. Meanwhile, the City of Montreal issued the infraction, prompting TDF to challenge it directly at the Superior Court rather than the municipal level. “The city… filed a motion to dismiss that application,” Joseph recounted. “And so what happened a few days ago is the judge… ruled in favour of the church and said, no, the city cannot dismiss this application for judicial review. This application for judicial review will go ahead in the superior court.” Joseph described the city’s aggressive posture as telling: “It shows that they’re fighting every step of the way on this. Instead of… coming to terms with the problem here, they’re going to engage in a war of attrition.” The next phase involves exchanging affidavits, possible cross-examinations, legal briefs, and a full hearing. Joseph indicated that TDF lawyers are considering subpoenaing city officials to testify about the decision-making process, especially after a mayoral spokesperson publicly declared the event “runs counter to the values of inclusion, solidarity, and respect that are championed in Montreal” and labelled it “hateful and discriminatory speech.” “This is going to maybe set the precedent for religious freedom and freedom of expression in a place of worship,” Joseph emphasized. “If it’s found that the city can fine or prohibit worship whenever there’s some sort of musical performance in a place of worship, that’s going to… massively infringe the rights to freedom of worship and expression for religious people and others across Canada.” The case has drawn intervenor interest from other religious organizations, underscoring its broader implications for Canadian civil liberties. Kash Patel on Epstein: "What we have done, and just to remind folks, the Epstein case files existed in the two prior administrations, in the Obama administration and the Biden administration, and they didn't release anything." "There was President Trump in the first administration that renewed charges against Mr. Epstein. And I know it's a little complicated to understand, but what exists in the Epstein case files was a direct result of the limited search warrants from 2006 and 2007, which hamstrung future investigations because of the non-prosecution agreement." "Multiple administrations had the opportunity to look at the entirety of that case file and recommend prosecutions against anyone that was trafficked under Mr. Epstein and anyone that participated in that trafficking. And the only person to bring charges was the prior administration against Mr. Epstein. Now, I am not saying that others were not trafficked and others were not involved." "What I am telling you is that based on the information we have, and we have continuously and publicly asked for the public to come forward with more information, if there is, we'll look at it. But based on credible information, we have released all credible information and the information that the Department of Justice and the FBI never releases is information on investigations that are not credible. And we don't release the names of victims who weren't credible, but in the same time, we don't release the names of victims who were credible. And so the information, that's by law. And so the information we are releasing now is historic and it is also to the maximum capacity that the law allows." "I know that's not going to satisfy many, many, many people, but if they wanted it done right, then the investigation from its origination should have been done right and he should not have been given a get out of jail free card to do jail on the weekends for 12 hours a day and he should have been investigated fully for the entirety of his crime and criminal enterprise not just from 1997 to 2001."
