Smoother physics #UE4 #VR

I wasn't happy with how jittery the physics interaction was so I reworked the physical hands and my underwater physics once again, seems solid now

I feel like the rocks move a little too well for being underwater

I'll keep tweaking this, hopefully I can get my hands on some references
