I wasn't happy with photoscanned assets, didn't look unified enough for cliffs so I made a triplanar shader that I can just slap on any meshes and get a nice seamless look, it's fully rough with faked reflections for the sky and water, baked ao, so the performance is great

As an avid snorkeller and driver - looks absolutely fantastic! Love the detail. This is maybe what you're going for, and my only comment, the water visibility here would be what you call low or poor visibility, rating around 5-6 meters.

Yeah going for lower visibility so I can add more content and keep good performance, anything outside visibility range is unloaded, thanks for the observation
