I updated the website! Take a look at all the categories and art that @DollyJKazoo designed! It was so cool being able to make art for all of the products we have. The collections have grown so much over the years that we just needed to do a makeover so we can fit all of our items on the home page and make it look more pretty~ Also a sneak peek of our mascot Baby Finn the Giraffe making a comeback! Lastly, I realized after I recorded this, so the tabs at the bottom will only be available on the website if you want to have an easier log-in experience. Which the app is available on Apple and Android. Just search “Lil Comforts” on your appstore!

Want to jump higher? Unpopular truth: fat don’t fly. Before you start crying about body shaming or act like this is skinnytok, let's get into our DeLoreans and revisit physics class!! Newton's 2nd Law a=F/m Same force with more mass = less acceleration which in this case = less height. Want to increase acceleration (and its byproduct jump height)? Either going to have to increase the numerator (force) or decrease the denominator (mass). That's not an opinion, it's math and science. And that math/science is on display here as you have two medballs acted upon by the same force traveling different distances due to differing mass. Now let's walk across the hall to anatomy and physiology class...yes, you need body fat. It's critical to be healthy and function. This isn't advocating for just losing weight or being "thin" or whatever. It's for optimizing body composition to where you perform at your best. With that, you need muscle mass to produce FORCE. And many younger volleyball players will benefit tremendously from an increase in muscle mass. This increase in muscle mass stands to increase force production, improve body composition, and create a net positive effect on performance (within reason we all know we're not training linebackers). But an increase in unnecessary fat mass typically has the opposite effect. Hence the statement: fat don't fly. Every athlete has an optimal body composition. Find yours through consistent strength training, adequate fueling, proper hydration and sleep and...planned recovery days.

Taste is invisible until you try to write it down. This is probably my biggest lesson with AI building as of late. At Sundial, I get to work with really friggin' amazing analysts who know the art, and I see how much of our collective time now is now spent turning that art into playbooks or skills for an LLM. Encoding things like: "How would a great analyst actually look at this metric move?" or "What is ACTUALLY the interesting signal in this story versus noise?" or "How can we know if a product change actually moved the needle?" It's really humbling work! You write an instruction set. The LLM misses. You add more context. It still misses. You add even more. Now it's confused. You strip it back. Now it's too vague. You try a different framing. Better, but inconsistent. Works on Monday, fails on Tuesday. You go again. I've come to realize the gap between 70% quality and 95% quality is not 3 or 4 big things. It's more like 100s of small things. Which is exactly why you can't write an article about it, or copy it, or shortcut it! This gap *is* taste, quantified. The accumulated weight of a thousand small judgments you don't notice you're making, until you sit down to externalize them and realize you can't. Being good at something is not the same as being able to articulate why you're good at it. I now see two bottlenecks to making something better than today's generic AI: 1. Can you *see* what better looks like in the first place? 2. Even if you can see, can you *articulate* what that is in a way that the LLM can understand and systemize? #2 is now a new craft, the art of distilling the art. The people who can do it well are the ones building standout products.

My question was are you strict Keto? … A Keto diet is not for everyone much like a carnivorous diet is not for everyone. We all have a different microbiome that allows us to eat what we eat. Not all humans are created equal. Much like a lion cannot be vegan and an elephant cannot be carnivorous. Their microbiome dictates their diet. Yes, I tested the animals below….My recommendation is to Stop ALL gluten…you probably killed the microbes allowing you to absorb gluten or simply iron .. It is easier and cheaper to just stop gluten than look into those lost microbes as it is a research protocol needing funds. Other options are eating more apricots, Brussels sprouts, swiss chard, etc … You can test your microbiome with ProgenaBiome to see what microbes are missing and compare to our research database and start on a research protocol but it ain't cheap as genetic sequencing of the gut is expensive at the level we do it and it is precision medicine research, not your usual clinical trial. Lastly, putting on my GI hat, I would advise for an Egd/colo by any GI to rule out anything in the bowels. Make sure they do a duodenal biopsy. All my best. You can always pm me.

Universities and High Schools have not moved rapidly enough to guide students to have skills for the next decade. THEY HAVE FAILED. It is a massive crisis that can be averted by understanding what AI and Robotics will bring about. Solutions are knowing how to use these tools and new industries that will rise. But this situation is also on ALL OF US. No “job” is safe from founder to entry level in most industries. You and I, by what we do, will be “replaced” ultimately. What to do? AI and Robotics are tools, the next decade is owned by those who know how to use them expertly, but this is also temporary. We have to understand that what we do for “work” will change giving ultimately a greater value to those that are: Creative Flexible Always learning Willing to be wrong Love being human Love being alive Know history Covet wisdom Knowing all tech has downsides Building strong family and friends Realize many institutions have failed The first four are required for you to be able to live through this period with your sanity intact. The rest will allow you to thrive. There are no true careers at this point anymore. There are advocation and vocations which will either earn you money or give life meaning. We will learn that we are not “what we do”, just like we knew for 99% of human existence. Let that sink in. — You and I are far, far ahead of knowing this and we can do two things: 1) Laugh at the “clueless” 2) Help people understand with grace Go to Reddit if you are 1, in fact don’t follow me because you will not like this next decade and what I post. You are 2 and thank you. Even if you and I have not solved this issue, we can help people understand what is ahead and with determination and creativity bound together to solve it locally. Or human family has done this millions of times. The evidence is: you are here. The Neo Luddite movement has not even begun and it will potentially rip apart society even more than all the fashionable moment in the recent past has. These Luddites will have a good point with the wrong answers cooked up by dying academics that cling to labels, “virtues” and victim hood. It will be readymade for some governments to enter in as “big daddy” to “help us”. You will not like what they do, but you will only know when it is too late. It will include YOU “volunteering” to “leave” by 60, to “help out” CanadaPod style. “Brian, I’m 24 what do I do?”. I hope to do much more here to help. But I do know this: 1) Learn a trade or vocation because it’s valuable. It may also be free to low cost if you do it right. 2) Learn everything you can about USING AI and TRAINING YOUR AI. Your expertise will be in the top 1% for a decade. But not forever. 3) Understand Bitcoin and how it will rise while other things sink. This is a short list for now. We will know more moving forward. When you see videos like this posted below, know one thing: Many of these folks had no real family of mental and physical support. Maybe no parent or one parent. Maybe only a broke system to prepare them for—nothing. This was not their doing. Now it is not your “job” to help them, it is your survival to help them if that is what you need. See some day after the dust settles these 20 year olds will be 40 year olds and running YOUR world. And at some point you may need them more than you think you do. You will need them, as they need you now. THIS IS WHAT PAST WISDOM KNEW. The elders of the past never found the need to piss on the youth and hope for the best. THE YOUTH ARE OUR BEST, let us all find ways to change it, even if every aspect of “the system” wants us to berate them into the ground.

I’m sorry you’re in bad shape, but Kentuckians should not be burdened by your inability to do the job you were elected to do. — FULL STATEMENT FROM McCONNELL’S OFFICE: “To my fellow Kentuckians – When you elected me to a seventh term and made me our Commonwealth’s longest serving Senator, you did so trusting that I’d keep showing up to fight for you every day. And over the past several weeks, Elaine and I have appreciated both your well wishes and your honest questions about what was keeping me away from the Senate. You all know how folks of my generation often hesitate to share the vulnerability that comes with growing older. Even in the public eye, I feel that same instinct – I can’t help it. But at the same time, I’ve had more than my share of experience with physical vulnerabilities. Surviving childhood polio meant spending my entire life with mobility challenges. They haven’t exactly gotten easier to manage with age. And last month, I took a fall which landed me in the hospital. My doctors have confirmed that I didn’t break any bones or suffer a concussion. I didn’t have a heart attack or a stroke. I don’t have any tumors or hemorrhages. But I was briefly unconscious and was taken to the hospital. And I’m continuing to do everything they ask to speed my recovery. In fact, with signs of continued progress, I’ve been able to move from hospital care to a rehabilitation center where I’ll keep regaining my strength. As much as it frustrates me, this process takes time. And on the advice of my doctors, I won’t be able to return to the Senate floor to vote quite yet. But rest assured that, in the meantime, I’m not taking a break from the Senate business that matters to you. I’m sorry you’re in bad shape, but Kentuckians should not be burdened by your inability to do the job you were elected to do. — FULL STATEMENT FROM McCONNELL’S OFFICE: “To my fellow Kentuckians – When you elected me to a seventh term and made me our Commonwealth’s longest serving Senator, you did so trusting that I’d keep showing up to fight for you every day. And over the past several weeks, Elaine and I have appreciated both your well wishes and your honest questions about what was keeping me away from the Senate. You all know how folks of my generation often hesitate to share the vulnerability that comes with growing older. Even in the public eye, I feel that same instinct – I can’t help it. But at the same time, I’ve had more than my share of experience with physical vulnerabilities. Surviving childhood polio meant spending my entire life with mobility challenges. They haven’t exactly gotten easier to manage with age. And last month, I took a fall which landed me in the hospital. My doctors have confirmed that I didn’t break any bones or suffer a concussion. I didn’t have a heart attack or a stroke. I don’t have any tumors or hemorrhages. But I was briefly unconscious and was taken to the hospital. While receiving excellent care over the past several weeks, I’ve also had to deal with a mild case of pneumonia. I can assure you that I’ve been a good patient. At my age, I tend to do what my doctors tell me to do. I’ve submitted to every test they can think of to help figure out what caused this incident. And I’m continuing to do everything they ask to speed my recovery. In fact, with signs of continued progress, I’ve been able to move from hospital care to a rehabilitation center where I’ll keep regaining my strength. As much as it frustrates me, this process takes time. And on the advice of my doctors, I won’t be able to return to the Senate floor to vote quite yet. But rest assured that, in the meantime, I’m not taking a break from the Senate business that matters to you. 10 things I can’t quit thinking about after ETHDenver: 1. Convergence = here. Devner didn’t feel like an ETH conference, but more like an AI + crypto + TradFi + techno-philosophical conference. The convergence is true and real and accelerating. 2. Most corporate jobs suck ass. 40 years at a desk working on the same thing? Pure dystopia. We need fluid movement between passions, projects, people. DAOs are a massive step in that direction, but now AI is giving individuals the means to spin up their own massive businesses… there’s also this notion floating around that we can launch a product or contribute to a protocol or a DAO in a way that sets us up for life rather than slaving for decades at the golden teat of a paycheck. It's a massive win for human flourishing, passion and excitement. 3. oRaNgE cOIn. Bitcoin came up far more than I thought it would. Even $ETH ICO buyers/gigawhales talked about how bullish they are on it. The question is no longer whether $BTC will survive but rather how much exposure you should have. Orange coin has truly “up-leveled” or “transcended” to become something people simply can't ignore. 4. Founder quote that hit me like a truck: "We overengineered our project and under-engineered our story." In a world where AI flattens the app creation process, only your mindshare matters. (forgot to write down who said it 😅... chime in in the comments if you see this) 5. “Keepers of truth.” AGI will be able to fake literally anything. In such a world, blockchains become the “keepers of truth” bc they can be used to indisputably verify anything. This isn't just another use case. It means crypto will one day touch everything on earth. h/t Sreeram Kannan's talk at Open AGI. 6. Conference model = broken? Empty mainstage talks were the result of hundreds of side events that siphon off attention. This is happening more and more at every conf I go to. Not sure what the fix here is? Maybe the organizers should be way less centralized… rent a massive venue with tons of flexible spaces that can evolve in real-time… more Zuzalu, less CONTROL and top-down decisions. 7. Current blockchains r too dumb. AI must integrate more directly into the crypto tech stack. Ultimate vision is every hominid should be able to deploy whatever app they can dream up using natural language… this could lead to an giga-explosion of innovation and cool-ass experimentz. h/t Ritual and others 8. Crypto vs. Stripe API. Will we just give agents credit cards or will they prefer crypto wallets? One payment method can be censored. One cannot. Guess which wins? 9. $$$$ infusion. Dozens if not hundreds of projects around the world r sitting on massive treasuries bc they needed it as an insurance policy in case they had to do battle with the SEC. With the changing regulatory sitch, hundreds of millions of dollars (probably billies) can now be used to ship, build and accelerate. 10. Robots in chains? IRL robots made appearances at several events (one was drawing caricatures of passersby). Talked with frens about how we’ll bring them into our homes soon. That leads to crazy questions like “how do we keep them from getting hacked and killing us or blowing up like pagers?” “Will we be ok sleeping in the same room with them? Or will we lock them in the shed with chains?” Absolutely insane to think about… but productivity gains will overshadow all those doubts and human fears imo. De bots are coming whether you want them or not. I for one can’t wait to see zerebro embodied… in the meantime, I got to see him DJ his first show 👇🔥 Anyway, I'm sending love to all of you denverites, futurists, builders, dream dealers, and merchants of hope.
